iPresso is a marketing automation platform from iPresso S.A., which lists its address at ul. Ceglana 4 in Katowice. It sends personalized email campaigns and automated email journeys, and runs them alongside SMS, WhatsApp, web push, in-app messages, pop-ups, forms and landing pages. The site's own tagline calls it "Platforma Marketing Automation, która zwiększa sprzedaż przez wielokanałową, spersonalizowaną komunikację z klientami" (a marketing automation platform that increases sales through multi-channel, personalized communication with customers).
The company now brands the product as "AI Context-based Marketing Automation": messages that react to a customer's context, such as the weather or their recent behavior, rather than fixed campaign calendars. The site is published in Polish, English and German. It sells two editions, iPresso Basic (with e-commerce and B2B solutions) and iPresso Enterprise (with industry versions for FMCG, finance, education, e-commerce, media and entertainment, and travel). The homepage says global corporations and startups both use it.
What a sender gets
The email page opens with the promise that email marketing in iPresso "to nie tylko wysyłka" (is not just sending): it covers full automation "od maila powitalnego po kampanie reaktywacyjne" (from the welcome email to reactivation campaigns), matched to each recipient's behavior.
Campaigns are built in iPresso Studio, a drag-and-drop editor for designing emails without code. The site highlights more than 1000 ready-made templates ("gotowych szablonów") in different styles, which can be sent at once or saved into an automation scenario. A newer email editor, flagged as new, handles responsive layouts automatically so messages look right on any device. A preview shows how an email renders on different screens before it goes out, and an advanced settings view keeps the full campaign configuration in one place.
Testing goes past a simple A/B split. The site describes A/B/X tests in which "Testuj nadawców, tematy i treści jednocześnie" (you test senders, subject lines and content at the same time) and iPresso picks the winning version automatically based on opens, clicks and conversions. Personalization covers content, images and data sources, including dynamic product feeds pulled from an online store. The site says a personalized email inside an automation scenario gets higher open and click rates, and that the collected data feeds later sends. Reporting breaks results down to conversions from specific sends, opens and clicks, per message and in aggregate.
Automation scenarios ("Scenariusze MA") are the core. The homepage talks about running "nawet setkom scenariuszy pracującym 24/7" (even hundreds of scenarios working around the clock) on data that the platform gathers in one place: contacts, consents, activities and transactions, to which iPresso reacts in real time. The email page's examples are abandoned carts, welcome messages for new subscribers and birthday offers. The feature list adds real-time marketing, scoring, segmentation, a data collector, reactions to abandoned processes, loyalty tools, e-couponing and GeoPunkty location triggers.
Other channels sit in the same scenarios. SMS marketing and web push notifications are listed features. WhatsApp is marked new, with the homepage claiming that WhatsApp open rates "może wynieść ponad 95%" (can exceed 95%). InBox, also new, leaves a personalized message inside the customer's mobile app or website. On-site tools include recommendation frames that show products and content automatically, pop-ups that turn visitors into leads, a new form builder, NPS surveys, and a drag-and-drop landing page builder for responsive pages.
MAiA is the built-in AI assistant. The homepage says it cuts analysis time "z godzin do sekund" (from hours to seconds) and reviews campaigns, product feeds and scenarios, then shows results and recommendations. Content Automation is also listed among the features.
The homepage says iPresso holds "ponad 30 użytecznych narzędzi" (over 30 useful tools) alongside its integrations, from which a business can build its own setup, and the menu invites visitors to discover all of the integrations. The integration tiles are described by what they do: recommendation frames powered by AI from Google, big data analysis and backups, e-commerce connectors that sync contacts, orders, carts and consents, a link to what the site calls the world's largest advertising system, and a data hub that merges several apps. The help menu includes a section for developers.
Claims, security and buying
The email page puts three headline figures on the product: more than 1000 templates, "50% więcej konwersji" (50% more conversions) from personalization, segmentation and automated sends, and "99% dostarczalności" (99% deliverability), with the line that messages always land in the inbox, not in spam. These are the company's own marketing claims.
On security, the homepage states "Bezpieczeństwo danych ma dla nas nadrzędne znaczenie, dlatego wdrożyliśmy normy zarządzania jakością oraz zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji w oparciu o najwyższe standardy wymagane przez GDPR/RODO" (data security is of paramount importance to us, so we implemented quality management and information security standards based on the highest standards required by GDPR/RODO). It displays ISO 9001, ISO 27001, IAB and RODO marks. The footer links a privacy policy and an anti-spam policy.
For buying, the site offers a contact form, a demo booking and a brief form, after which the company prepares an offer to fit. The menu includes a pricing page. The homepage says a team can launch its first campaigns "w niespełna godzinę od założenia konta" (in under an hour from opening the account). Sales is reachable at sales@ipresso.com.
Customer quotes on the homepage come from Wawel, where Marcin Puto says in Polish that iPresso let the company move from mass marketing to real hyper-personalization through behavioral segmentation; from TV3 Group, crediting growth in each Go3 market to the automation technology and the iPresso team's support; from Nutricia, saying a one-day training was enough for staff to start using the automation; and from TEB Akademia, praising clear data and easy process setup.
Learning material includes iPresso Academy certifications in Marketing Automation Essentials and E-mail Marketing Expert, iPresso TV video tutorials, a knowledge base, a lexicon, case studies, a blog, and free e-books on building contact bases in FMCG, common automation mistakes and achieving high email deliverability.
Who it suits
iPresso fits mid-size and large consumer brands that want email as one channel in behavior-driven journeys: an online shop recovering carts and recommending products, an FMCG brand building a consumer database and linking online to offline, a school recruiting students, a travel company recovering abandoned bookings, or a streaming service managing subscriptions. Teams that want WhatsApp, SMS and in-app messages under the same scenario logic, and that value the stated ISO 27001 certification, get that in one product.
It is less aimed at a solo newsletter writer who only needs a simple list tool, since the pitch centers on scenarios, scoring and data collection, and buying runs through a demo and a tailored offer. Polish, English and German speakers are served by the site in their language.
