iMailCampaign is a cloud-based marketing automation tool for growing businesses that want email campaigns, automated follow-up, landing pages and lead scoring in one place. The About page says it is made "by iFoundries Solutions Pte Ltd, a marketing technology company, part of the iFoundries Group", and that iFoundries has been a digital agency "since 2005, with its headquarters in Singapore and regional teams in Malaysia and Vietnam." Its homepage title describes it as email marketing and email blast software, and its tagline promises to "Automate and Personalize Your End-to-end Customer Experience Online."
Built by an agency
The company leans on its agency background. The homepage heading reads "Unlike Most Software Companies, We Are Also An Experienced Digital Agency," and the About page explains that after "servicing more than 500 companies", iFoundries was "prompted to develop a tool to fill the gaps in marketing workflow." It says it focuses "on critical solutions specific to our customer's business" instead of shipping features customers may not use. In practice this shapes the offer: iMailCampaign is sold through a demo with a consultant and a required onboarding package, not as a self-serve signup.
What a sender gets
Email marketing. The feature page says "Email marketing is still core to the digital marketer's toolset, but with higher standards for content relevance and mobile readiness." Under the heading "Create Beautiful Emails", the homepage adds that you "do not need to know how to code" to design a campaign, so a marketer without HTML skills can build and send newsletters and email blasts on their own.
Automated campaigns. Automation is described as "The power to create a personalized experience for your prospects and customers at scale." The homepage says the platform gives marketing teams "unrivaled flexibility to create the simplest to the most elaborate multi-channel campaigns." The feature page pitches the time saved: "Do what you do best and let the tool handle the rest!"
Dynamic content. Personalization goes beyond the inbox. The platform lets you "Dynamically present relevant content on your website to your audience", and the homepage speaks of "dynamic content within emails and on your website", so the same profile data that shapes an email can change what a known visitor sees on the site.
Website tracking. iMailCampaign tracks site visitors, with the promise to "Turn your website into your most valuable asset by using website tracking to get to know your visitors better." That behavior data feeds the scores and segments used by the automation.
Contact management and progressive profiling. The contact database is meant to hold "all of your contacts with full demographic information." Progressive profiling lets you "Learn a little more about your contacts each time they visit your site and fill out a form," so forms can stay short and still build a full profile over several visits.
Landing pages and forms. The landing page feature lets you "Build and track mobile-ready landing pages for each of your offers and campaigns, allowing you to better measure performance and drive conversion." The interface is described as simple enough "for anyone on your team to create and publish branded pages", removing the bottleneck of waiting on developers. Pages can carry "short or long forms, with or without progressive profiling."
Lead scoring. The lead scoring page describes three steps. You assign points, scoring leads automatically "based on demographic and their engagement with your brand online to find the most qualified prospects for your sales team." You personalize content by building "automated campaigns based on contact or account scores." And you trigger activities, including "assigning contacts to your sales team in your CRM, dynamic messages, or movement across campaigns, based on points earned." The page frames this as guiding the audience to the most useful content at each buying stage.
Reporting. The homepage promises "real-time metrics and analytics each time you launch" a campaign, and the feature list includes "simple but powerful reporting and attribution tools."
Plans and pricing
The pricing page lists three plans, with "Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)" and every plan "Billed annually":
- Basic Plan, $97 /month, up to 5,000 contacts.
- Professional, $197 /month, 15,000 contacts.
- Enterprise Plan, $597 /month, up to 50,000 contacts.
All three include the same five items: "1 x Dedicated IP Address", "Secured Database", "SMTP Email Gateway", "Send Unlimited Emails" and "Unlimited Users". So the plans differ only in contact tier, and there is no cap on sends or seats within a tier. The page adds that "Each account is built on dedicated cloud hosting and secured database."
Two further terms matter for budgeting. "Professional Onboarding is required for a one-time fee of $2,500 per plan," and a list above 50,000 contacts goes to custom pricing through the contact form. The company argues that its pricing holds as a database grows, writing that most SaaS tools "would have made your monthly subscription cost leapfrog like crazy. Not with iMailCampaign!"
The site offers a free demo rather than a free plan or trial; every plan's button reads "Request Free Demo."
Customers, support and results
The homepage and About page list companies that use iMailCampaign: Isetan Singapore, Logitech Singapore Pte Ltd, PSB Academy, Diners Club International and NTUC. Local support is part of the sales pitch, under the heading "Local Support, Competitive Pricing", and the site lists a Singapore phone line, +65 6297 7751, alongside a contact form. The homepage claims customers have seen reductions in manpower costs and cart abandonment and increases in conversion, with the note that "Figures may vary across businesses." iFoundries also offers a free ebook on how marketing automation supports digital marketing.
Who it suits
iMailCampaign fits a mid-sized business with a list between a few thousand and 50,000 contacts that wants email, landing pages, website tracking and lead scoring from one vendor, with onboarding done for it and a dedicated IP included. A sales-led company can use scoring to hand warm leads to its sales team, and a business that prefers a phone line to a ticket queue gets one in Singapore. Unlimited users and unlimited sends make costs predictable once the tier is chosen.
It is less suited to a small sender testing email marketing for the first time: the one-time onboarding fee and annual billing make it a considered purchase, and there is no free tier to start on.
