Gersuz is a marketing and sales platform, sold under the name Gersuz Octopus by the Gersuz Information Technology Company, that puts an email marketing tool next to a set of AI agents for lead generation, customer follow-up, advertising and social posting. The homepage calls Gersuz Octopus "a new type of marketing , sales and CRM enablement platform" that unifies "dozens of disparate tools into one cohesive software as a service (SaaS) suite", and its product menu leads with the Email Marketing Platform, described as a way to "Create, automate, and optimize email marketing campaigns." It is aimed at marketing and sales teams, mostly B2B, that would otherwise run a newsletter tool, an ad manager, a social scheduler and a CRM side by side.
Why the company built it
The homepage explains the product in terms of a problem its founders had. Their frustration was with "the disjointed tool chain that modern marketers must navigate", running from email marketing services and advertising managers to social media schedulers, CRM systems, analytics dashboards and internal collaboration platforms. By the time a campaign goes live, the page argues, teams have spent days stitching services together, exporting lists and reconciling data by hand, which means higher costs, slower responses and a fragmented view of the customer journey.
Gersuz's answer is a modular platform built on microservices and powered by AI. According to the homepage, marketers can "design, launch and optimise cross‑channel campaigns in minutes", while the system personalizes messages based on user behavior and guides the sales team through the funnel, from awareness to selection and post-purchase loyalty.
What a sender gets
Email campaigns. The Email Marketing Platform is the first item in the product menu and covers creating, automating and optimizing campaigns. Two tools listed under Productivity sit directly around it: an Email Template Builder for designing the messages and a Subscribe Manager for the subscriber side. URL Tracking, also in that menu, fits the reporting side of a campaign, since it follows clicks on the links a sender shares.
Email Campaign Automator. This agent module is the most distinctive email feature. The homepage says it lets you "Create automated email campaigns that monitor your website for new products, blog posts, or news, then generate and send personalized emails automatically." For a shop that adds products weekly, or a company that publishes news and blog posts, that means a campaign triggered by the site itself rather than one a marketer has to write and schedule each time.
Audience Builder. Rather than only managing an existing list, Gersuz offers an agent for growing it. The page says it "discovers relevant organizations, engages them intelligently, earns their consent, and grows your subscriber network automatically." The emphasis on earning consent matters for anyone who will later email those contacts.
Lead Finder (B2B Prospector). This module is described as a way to "Find qualified B2B leads with AI-powered prospecting and reach them through email, messaging, and other channels." It is the outbound counterpart to the Audience Builder, and the company's blog, with guides to cold email and a cold email rule for better deliverability, shows the same outreach focus.
Messaging Officer (Follow-up). The page stresses "It's not a chatbot." The agent interacts with customers across messaging channels, follows up automatically, answers questions and takes actions "based on your business rules and customer context."
Deal Hunter (Business Development). Beyond email, this agent discovers, evaluates and qualifies business opportunities, tenders, bidders and partners, then notifies the appropriate manager.
Advertising. Three agents run paid campaigns: a Google Ads Automator that creates, optimizes and updates campaigns "while keeping you in full control", and Yandex Ads and Meta Ads Automators where you set the goals and let Gersuz AI build, manage and refine the campaigns.
Social posting and funnels. Social Media Auto Posting is meant to "Turn your website into a social media content engine", detecting new products, news and content and publishing posts across several platforms. The menu marks it as coming soon, as it does the Mail Dock Pro AI Agent, which the site describes as "AI-powered email management, security, analysis, and intelligent threat detection." A Sales Funnel Launcher, for building and launching sales funnels, is listed as a current product.
Other tools. The Productivity menu also holds a Dynamic QR-Code Generator, a Note, Calendar and Todo tool, and a Public Profile (Link In Bio) page.
Sending infrastructure and integrations
Gersuz's own article on SMTP relay describes how the platform handles delivery. It says the platform "Can integrate with external smtp relay service providers" and "Supports custom SMTP configurations", and that it is "Designed for automation, CRM integration, and AI-driven optimization." The article presents this as giving users control over their sending infrastructure, the ability to switch providers and better scalability for SaaS use cases. For a team that already pays for a relay service, or one that wants to move its sending between providers, that is a practical difference from a platform with a fixed sending pipeline.
On the integration side, the homepage has an Integration Roadmap section and the help center carries an Integration & API area. The roadmap text says Gersuz "continuously collects data, interprets business events, makes AI-driven decisions, and executes automated actions across your entire technology stack from a single intelligent hub." The broader AI Agent Platform is described as bringing together "specialized AI Agents, business applications, APIs, workflows, shared business context, and intelligent automation", with the agents working together across a company's existing systems. The pages do not name specific connected apps beyond the ad networks.
Plans, policies and support
The Pricing menu is split into All in One, Email Marketing, Social Media auto post, Dynamic QR Code and Link in Bio Creator, so the email tool is priced on its own as well as in an all-in-one bundle. The homepage prints no prices, and signing up is offered as "Sign Up For Free". The footer notes "Payment with iyzico" and links a Refund Policy and Terms of Service, and the privacy policy link is labeled "Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)", which is the company's own description of it.
Support runs through the help center, which has Integration & API documentation, Guides and Tips sections, and through the contact address support@gersuz.com listed in the menu. The site has a language selector, currently set to English. The company pages include About Us, Career and a Management Team page.
The blog doubles as a deliverability library. Recent titles cover domain warm-up, domain health, fixing deliverability with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, how sender and recipient behavior affects spam placement, the role of DNS in keeping mail out of spam, cleaning lists with an email validity checker, the balance of text and images, structured data in email, and email marketing for small businesses.
Who it suits
Gersuz fits a B2B team that wants email to run largely by itself. A company that publishes products or articles often can let the Email Campaign Automator turn new content into campaigns, use the Audience Builder and Lead Finder to grow the list, and hand replies to the Messaging Officer. A marketer who already runs Google, Yandex or Meta ads alongside email gets those in the same place, and a SaaS team that wants to plug in its own SMTP relay can do so.
It is a less natural fit for a sender who wants to write and schedule a newsletter by hand and nothing more; the platform's weight sits in its automation and agents. Several modules are still marked as coming soon, so a buyer who needs a specific agent should check that it is live on the plan they choose.
