FLOWii is business software developed in Czechia and Slovakia that bundles a CRM, invoicing, project management, stock, attendance and an emailing module, and that emailing module sends newsletters, bulk campaigns and ordinary one-to-one email straight from the CRM's customer database. The Czech emailing page says it is "Software vytvořený pro české podnikatele" (software built for Czech entrepreneurs) and that more than 4,800 companies trust it. The Slovak homepage adds that the company has been developing FLOWii for over 13 years and that more than 15 people work on it. The target is small and mid-sized firms and sole traders who want customer records, invoices and email in one online system, and the site runs in Czech, Slovak, English and Hungarian.
What a sender gets
Sending from the CRM. The central idea is that FLOWii's email tool does not work from a separate mailing list. The emailing page says you send a bulk email (newsletter) straight to your partners, with nothing to import, connect or build as a list. Recipients are picked by their classification, their own characteristics, their city or the person responsible for them in the CRM. The FAQ calls this direct link to the CRM the thing that makes FLOWii's emailing original: it works with the customer database, where any information about a contact can be stored and used to choose target groups, and every customer record shows the full history of email activity. A company that starts with emailing alone can add further CRM services later.
Editor. There is a classic editor and an HTML editor. The page says customer emails are written as simply as an ordinary email, with a logo, image, link and font, and that a graphically richer newsletter is built in the HTML editor. The company's blog adds that a template designed elsewhere, or by a graphic designer, can be loaded into FLOWii and filled with content, and it reminds senders to keep the design responsive for phones.
Personalization. A personalization function inserts the right template fields so each recipient feels the email was written for them, and the blog notes that emails are personalized with each recipient's name.
Tags, categories and segments. Tags ("jmenovky") add properties to customers, and types sort them into target groups, so the database stays in order and a campaign can be aimed at one group. The blog describes segmenting the contact database into groups with shared traits so content can be adapted or tested on different audiences.
Scheduling. The page points out that readership varies with the time an email is sent, and FLOWii lets you schedule a send for a specific date and time.
Results. FLOWii reports who read an email, who clicked a link, and to whom it was not delivered at all. The recipient list is then split by how people reacted, and the page suggests calling the contacts who opened and clicked to learn more about what they need. The FAQ lists opens, click rate, bounces, unsubscribes and conversions as the measures to watch.
Email types. The FAQ lists newsletters, sales offers, automatic reminders, transactional messages, announcements, personalized campaigns and event invitations. Among the stated advantages of the online emailing tool are automatic payment reminders for invoices, a complete overview of sent email, and online access to email history from anywhere. The Slovak homepage adds that all sent and received email can be assigned to partners, business cases or jobs, so the whole communication with a customer sits in one place.
SMTP and integrations. The FAQ explains that sending can run through your own mailbox's SMTP server, including for users of the Czech providers Centrum, Atlas and Pobox, set up in the app under Settings, Emails, SMTP, with a manual to follow. On integrations, FLOWii connects to banks, accounting software, automated platforms and online storage through its API, and the footer lists bank connections, the API and add-ons. A May 2026 news item on the homepage announces a new link with GoodEshop that connects an online shop's orders and invoicing to FLOWii.
AI assistant. A homepage news item dated 14 July 2026 announces an AI assistant available directly while writing an email, which helps draft replies.
Mobile. A responsive version lets the web app run on a tablet or smartphone.
What the company's pages state
Pricing. The emailing page offers a 30-day free trial. It then gives two sets of figures. The "Cena" (price) section says that after the trial, access for one user costs 275 Kč a month, or 234 Kč a month with annual payment, and points to the full price list for other features. The FAQ describes the emailing billing this way: your account can stay active, but you pay only when you use the email services, keeping the account and online access is free, and the number of contacts is neither limited nor charged. It says FLOWii invoices you only in the month in which you actually send, and that the basic package containing 3,000 emails costs 275 Kč a month excluding VAT. The Slovak homepage adds that you pay only for what you use and that invoicing is free for one user.
Contacts. The emailing page says FLOWii lets you record contacts "neomezeně" (without limit) with all the information you need, "zcela bezplatně" (completely free).
Compliance. The company's blog states that GDPR rules apply to everyone: every recipient of a newsletter or marketing email must have given consent, and every such email must carry an unsubscribe option. The FAQ lists GDPR, contact management and unsubscribe links under safe sending, and says consent is the key to a good emailing list.
Support. Every license comes with full customer support, free online consultations and regular updates. Support answers every working day from 9:00 to 16:00, and a free online consultation covers first training, help with setup and a review of your company's processes. The footer adds an online manual, a discussion forum, an academy and training, and the footers give contact addresses in Prague and in Nové Zámky, Slovakia. Many new features, the page says, come from customer suggestions.
Customers. Named users on the emailing page include PYROMETAL (manufacturing), PROPLUSCO (services and e-shops), Properlak (transport and logistics), ILUMIX light (construction) and CBS Nakladatelství (agencies), and a review widget shows a "VYNIKAJÚCE" (excellent) rating based on 138 Google reviews.
Who it suits
FLOWii suits a small Czech, Slovak or Hungarian company or sole trader, whether an e-shop, a construction firm, a service business or a nonprofit (the menu lists CRM pages for e-shops, nonprofits and real estate), that already keeps or wants to keep its customers in a CRM and wants to email them without exporting a list to another tool. Billing that falls only in months with sends suits a firm that emails its customers a few times a year, and a sales team gets the open and click data next to each customer record for follow-up calls.
It is less suited to a sender who wants a standalone newsletter platform with a large template gallery or detailed automation journeys. The emailing pages describe scheduling, personalization and reminders rather than multi-step workflows, and the product is designed as one module of an all-round business system for the Czech and Slovak market.
