FiveCRM
Tap a star to rate
FiveCRM is a CRM for outbound sales and lead generation teams, and its email marketing module sends campaigns, drip sequences and automated follow-ups to the leads a team is already calling. The homepage calls it "The most customizable sales solution for your outbound and lead generation teams" and headlines it "Built for High-Volume Sales Teams". Email is one part of a larger package that also covers click-to-dial calling, call lists, lead scoring, analytics and a native app builder, so the reader to have in mind is a sales floor that phones and emails the same prospects, rather than a newsletter publisher. The footer lists two offices, one in Las Vegas, Nevada, and one in London, and the site offers French and Spanish versions next to English.
What a sender gets
The email product page describes three core ideas. The first is "Personalized Automation": follow-ups, workflows and email campaigns are automated "based on your audience’s actions, behavior and engagement with your content." In practice that means a sequence can react to whether a lead opened or clicked, so a salesperson is not sending every nurture email by hand. The page also says the tools make it simple to set up drip campaigns "to warm leads, build audiences, and maintain customer loyalty."
The second is what the page calls "Instant Autonomy". FiveCRM ships with pre-built messages, subject lines and workflow settings, and the page says a team can be "up and running in minutes" by customizing and personalizing them "with the click of a button." Next to these sit custom email templates, which the page presents as a way to tailor each message to a customer's needs and interests, and email merge templates that pull contact data into the message.
The third is engagement tracking. The page promises real-time updates on audience email engagement "including CTR, links opened and activity tracking insights," along with open and click tracking. The stated purpose is sales timing: the team sees which prospects are most interested and re-engages them "at optimal moments." A section on automated workflows says the feature "cultivates better engagement, fortifies trust, and boosts your brand's awareness by keeping you connected with your audience."
For testing, FiveCRM offers split testing and advanced reporting, which the page says show "what content captures your customer's attention and when." Reports can be scheduled to run automatically, and the homepage adds custom analytics with "integrated insights and automated reporting." The native app builder is also pitched as a way to generate reports for the team.
On volume, the page is direct: the software "eliminates data and email capacity constraints, paving the way for unlimited outreach."
The email tools share a screen with the rest of the CRM. A "Conversation Insights" panel on the call screen brings together social media insights, contact history and previous tasks, so a rep calling a lead has that history in view. Templated call guides give step-by-step scripts, and templated note fields keep data collection consistent. For a team that alternates between phone and email, this is the practical difference from a standalone email tool: the email history lives on the same record as the calls.
Everything in the package
A section headed "Our all-inclusive packages mean more features, same standard price" lists what comes with the product:
- AI that sets the optimal callback time, and callbacks presented automatically at the right time
- an internal LinkedIn tool for finding contacts, and tweeting contacts from inside the CRM
- real-time live coaching on calls, a predictive dialer option and automatic dialing
- opportunity management for tracking deals
- an automatic workflow cadence
- predefined call scripts, call guides and email merge templates
- "Full built-in advanced email campaigns"
- document signing through DocuSign or Adobe Sign
- scheduled automatic reports
The homepage adds click-to-dial calling, defined call lists with callback management and advanced lead scoring, and email campaigns that it says raise lead engagement and conversion rates. The product menu also lists a CTPS module, a lead generation module, and an analytics and reporting module. Industry pages cover B2B lead generation, outbound teams, insurance and finance, education, consultancy, recovery centers and incident reporting.
What the company's pages state
Pricing and licenses. The menu has a Pricing link, but the email product page carries no prices. Its FAQ explains how billing works: FiveCRM is sold as user licenses, and a customer paying monthly by credit card can add licenses in the app under About, then Manage Subscription/Users, either for the current month or for further months. Customers paying another way add licenses through customer support. New customers start through a "Get Started" enquiry form that asks for a website, name, business email and company name.
Deliverability. The email page makes a promise under "Experience Delivered": "We guarantee that your campaigns land in the right inbox at the perfect moment." It frames this as the company's email delivery expertise.
System requirements. FiveCRM runs in the browser. The FAQ names Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome as compatible, and says it works on any operating system able to run a supported browser, including Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
Support and training. The FAQ lists three support routes: email at support@fivecrm.com, a live chat started from the homepage through Intercom, and a support portal. Further customer training is offered on an individual or group basis through the account manager or customer success representative, and the company points to its LinkedIn profile and YouTube channel for more resources.
Customers. The homepage says companies such as Vitality, Operatix and Demob Job use FiveCRM. Testimonials from Optimed and Real Business Development Ltd praise how far the system can be customized, and one says it "works really well in high volume lead generation and sales environments out of the box."
Who it suits
FiveCRM suits an outbound sales or lead generation team, a telemarketing agency, or an insurance, finance or education sales desk that calls prospects all day and wants its email follow-ups, drip sequences and open and click data on the same record as the calls. A sales manager gets live call coaching and scheduled reports alongside the email numbers.
It is the wrong tool for a publisher, a shop or a creator who wants to design and send newsletters to subscribers. The product is built around calling and sold per user license, so a marketing team that never picks up the phone would pay for a dialer it does not use.
