Evalanche

Tap a star to rate

Evalanche is a marketing and sales automation platform from SC-Networks GmbH that sends newsletters, one-off mailings and automated campaigns for B2B companies, and its homepage says it is "Made & Hosted in Germany". The company pitches it at "anspruchsvollen Mittelstand & Enterprise" (demanding mid-sized companies and enterprises) and describes it as a best-of-breed platform that plugs into an existing CRM and system landscape rather than replacing it. The email product is part of what the site calls the Evalanche Marketing Core, the operational base of the wider platform, which also covers lead management and sales automation. The site says the company has more than 25 years on the market and an ecosystem of over 250 partners.

What a sender gets

The heart of the email product is the E-Mail Designer. The product page lists a drag-and-drop editor, modular templates, responsive design across devices, a content library for managing reusable content centrally, and a real-time preview. The same drag-and-drop approach runs through the LeadPage Designer for landing pages and the Campaign Designer for automated flows, and the homepage stresses "Konfigurieren statt programmieren" (configure instead of program): campaigns, emails and landing pages are built without code.

For teams that want a head start, the E-Mail PowerSet supplies ready-made templates built on a modular system. The product page says these templates meet the BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, render responsively, can be used across online and print, and come with the AI Content Framework built in. Separate PowerSets exist for landing pages and campaigns.

AI features. The AI Content Framework generates content automatically, structures emails so they are easy to read, offers AI-supported templates meant to keep a consistent brand voice, and adapts and translates content, with accessibility covered by default. The homepage says the framework "steigert die Produktivität" (increases productivity), and its interactive product tour includes click demos of an AI campaign and an AI service mail. The Campaign Designer itself is labeled "(AI) Campaign Designer" in the navigation.

Automation. The site describes the campaign types it supports in its own guide: one-off standalone mailings, recurring newsletters, autoresponder or automailer campaigns that run over a longer period, and drip campaigns set off by a trigger event with a defined end point. Campaigns can be planned first with Campaign Cards, alone or as a team, transferred into Evalanche by app, modeled as graphical processes, and then built in the Campaign Designer. The marketing automation section lists crossmedia and multichannel communication, real-time analytics, and multi-brand, multi-channel and multi-organization control, and the email section lists enterprise-grade multi-client capability ("Mandantenfähigkeit"), which suits groups running several brands or business units from one account.

Personalization and segmentation. "Hyperpersonalisierung" is one of the headline features, with dynamic content and personalization drawn from the connected CRM. The company's email guide explains that segmenting the recipient list raises the relevance of each message and the chance of a positive response.

Forms, landing pages and data capture. Under "Sichere Adressgenerierung" (secure address generation), the product page describes a built-in configurator for web forms and landing pages. Every form field is linked to the address database, and fields known for a contact are pre-filled with one click. The listed features include forms without programming, highly personalized landing pages, individual content targeting, profile scoring and progressive profiling, and the integration of forms and lead pages into automated campaigns. A law firm quoted on the page says it uses Evalanche to collect email addresses through an automatic double opt-in.

Deliverability tools. A section called "Qualitäts- und Zustell-Garantie" (quality and delivery guarantee) lists a delivery check and spam checker, rendering checks, attention, reading-time and text analysis, and inbox monitoring of send performance and delivery quality. The send-time optimization feature calculates the optimal send time for each recipient from their profile history, can be switched on and off, and offers three optimization options, up to the most active weekday and the most favorable time of day. The page says certifications and whitelist entries back its delivery rates.

Other channels. The crossmedia function lets a team create content once and output it for the website, for social media with a share function, and for printed mailings. The page notes that print mailings can be sent even without advertising consent.

Reporting. The Marketing Cockpit gives dashboards and detailed reports. The product page lists live reporting for each mailing for up to 14 days after sending, clickmaps, scoring values, recipient activity, custom reports built in a few clicks, a funnel report for conversion analysis, and a Report-API for analyzing ROI, milestones and campaign flows. The homepage adds that statistics can be exported through the Report-API.

What the company's pages state

Integrations. The homepage says Evalanche is integrated with CAS, SAP, Salesforce, Cursor, Adito, Gedys, itmx and Microsoft, "und viele weitere" (and many more) CRM and system landscapes, and it describes plug-and-play integrations. Customer stories on the product page add a connector to PAYONE's CRM and a link between the Shopware online shop of SE-Blusen Stenau and Evalanche.

Security, hosting and compliance. The homepage says the platform is ISO 27001 certified, "Made in Germany" and "100 % DSGVO-konform" (100% GDPR compliant). The email product page promises that sending stays 100% GDPR compliant and lists legally compliant address management. The law firm quoted there adds that the servers Evalanche uses stand in Germany.

Scale and customers. The homepage reports more than 5,000 customer projects completed over the last 25 years and says several thousand companies trust the platform every day. The email product page calls Evalanche the "Führender deutscher Anbieter für B2B Mittelstand" (leading German provider for B2B mid-sized companies). Named users on the page include PAYONE (financial services), Penguin Random House, which the page says moved from twelve newsletters to one hyperpersonalized newsletter, SE-Blusen Stenau (fashion and textiles) and RESMEDIA (legal services).

Pricing. The menu links to "Tarife Evalanche" and "Tarife PowerSets" pages, but the product pages print no plan prices and steer buyers to a live demo and a free consultation.

Support and onboarding. The PowerPlan is a structured start that begins with a strategy session by the Professional Service team: defining buyer personas and customer journeys, planning content for each phase, and setting success metrics. Customers get a technical support phone line and support email, a searchable help center, an academy, and a media library of webinars, tutorials and keynotes. The homepage claims PowerPlan and PowerSets can cut campaign production time by up to 80%. The site is offered in German for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with an English version in the language menu.

Who it suits

Evalanche fits a mid-sized or enterprise B2B company in Germany, Austria or Switzerland that already runs a CRM such as SAP, Salesforce or CAS and wants email, landing pages and lead nurturing connected to it, with data hosted in Germany and an ISO 27001 certificate to show its data protection officer. The multi-client and multi-brand features suit groups and agencies running several brands or clients from one installation, and the menu lists a separate offer for agencies and resellers. A publisher with many newsletters, an online shop on Shopware, or a regulated firm that needs a documented double opt-in will find examples of all three on the product page.

It is a poor match for a solo creator or a small shop that wants to sign up online and send a first newsletter the same day. The route in is a demo, a consultation and a guided PowerPlan, and the whole site is written for teams that treat marketing automation as a project with its own strategy phase.
