Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform with three CRM products, Sales, Marketing and Service, built on a no-code platform. Its email marketing lives in Creatio Marketing, which the company's glossary describes as the product that "enables marketing automation and campaign management". The homepage calls the whole system an "AI CRM and Workflow Platform where people and AI agents work together", with no limits on users, agents, workflows or scale. For an email buyer, this is an enterprise marketing automation suite rather than a newsletter tool: campaigns draw on the CRM's contact records, segments and workflows, and the same platform runs the sales pipeline and customer service. The site is published in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Bahasa Indonesia, Polish, Vietnamese, Turkish and Ukrainian, and lists industry solutions for banking, credit unions, insurance, mortgage, manufacturing, high tech, transportation, business services, retail, CPG, pharma, telecom, the public sector, energy and utilities, and media and advertising.

What a sender actually gets

The glossary lists the email tools in Creatio Marketing: audience segmentation with customizable rules and filters; bulk email creation, setup and delivery tracking; a visual content designer with ready-to-use content blocks, plus testing of how a template displays in different browsers; a template library where you save your own templates; email split testing of several versions; trigger emails sent on a specific occasion, such as an email confirmation or an e-book download; response processing that removes hard bounces and unsubscribes from later campaigns; and analytics with open rates, UTM code tracking, a click heatmap, and hard and soft bounces. It also lists a ChatGPT integration for email generation.

The Creatio Academy guide on email personalization goes into how the personalization works. Macros address recipients by name and mention their city, position, company and other variables, offer unique promo codes, change the discount according to the customer's status and recommend specific goods based on preferences. Macros can go into the header, preheader, sender name and address, subject, body and even images, and the guide notes that making each email unique helps avoid spam filters.

Trigger emails react to a subscriber's behavior on the website or to previous emails. The guide's examples pair a trigger with a message: a purchase with a thank-you, proceeding to order with order details, no reaction to an email with a discount offer, and an email subscription with a welcome message.

Segmentation runs on activity, preferences, life cycle, demographics and location, drawing on the contact profile, including purchase history, website activity, gender and age. Dynamic content settings change parts of an email depending on the recipient's segment. The guide also recommends planning campaigns around each contact's entry point, for example sending a price list for services a contact showed interest in, or promotions for products similar to past purchases. Delivery time ranges let you send at a convenient time in each recipient's time zone and find the optimal send time with A/B testing.

Campaign automation ties email to other channels. The glossary's example is a social media ad that sends people to a landing page with a contact form, which then places them automatically into a nurturing campaign, all managed from Creatio's campaign automation dashboard. Creatio Marketing also covers lead scoring and campaign management, and the Academy's marketing section has chapters on digital ads, lead generation, segments, marketing campaigns, omnichannel marketing and marketing events.

The Academy's email marketing chapter is a sign of how much of the sending side the product documents: it covers subscription management, email analytics, email domain verification, email deliverability, sender reputation, IP and domain blacklists, responsive layout, handling email moved to spam, analyzing high bounce rates, preventing duplicate emails and a usage policy.

On AI, the glossary says Creatio AI is a GenAI-based virtual assistant that can help set up automated campaigns, find data insights, design emails and propose a delivery plan. The homepage adds AI agents across every CRM touchpoint, agent assistants, autonomous agents that work "24x7", and says the platform is open and composable, able to "use any LLM".

Pricing, integrations and support on the pages

The glossary states: "Creatio Marketing starts at $49 per user per month and can be customized to fit individual business needs." It describes the pricing as flexible, letting users select only the functionality they need, and notes that the marketing solution is available for purchase separately from the rest of the CRM. The site has its own pricing and support plans pages, the footer links to free trial terms, and the main route in is "Get a demo".

The homepage lists what comes with the platform: unlimited users, unlimited custom agents, unlimited applications, unlimited workflows, and unlimited custom objects and API calls, along with enterprise-grade scale and governance.

Integrations run through the Creatio Marketplace, which the glossary says offers more than 700 apps and connectors, naming Power Business Intelligence and Google Sheets connectors as examples.

For help, there is the Creatio Academy with guides, e-learning, training and certification, a community, a success portal for partners, and a partner catalog. The contact block gives phone lines for the US, the UK and Australia plus info and support email addresses. The footer links to a GDPR page and the privacy policy.

The homepage cites analyst recognition: it says Creatio was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms for the fifth consecutive year and the only Visionary in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CRM Sales Platforms, and it lists Forrester Wave placements. Customer stories on the homepage include BSN Sports, which the company says runs an end-to-end CRM for 2,600 users with three administrators and raised its average order size by 60%; Purplebricks, with 35% more leads and a 50% improvement in conversion; Howdens, with an enterprise-wide deployment for 7,000 users across 800 depots in 12 weeks; and Altro's global operations.

Who it suits and who it does not

Creatio suits a mid-sized or large organization, particularly in banking, insurance, manufacturing and the other listed industries, that wants email campaigns, trigger emails and nurture programs running inside the same CRM as sales and service, and has the people to configure a no-code platform to its own processes. Marketing teams that personalize heavily by customer status, location and purchase history get detailed tools for that.

It suits less well a solo sender or a small shop that wants a simple newsletter tool at a flat monthly price: pricing is per user, the email tools sit inside a larger platform, and the path to buying runs through a demo.
