Bitrix24

Tap a star to rate

Bitrix24 is an all-in-one online workspace for businesses that includes CRM-based email marketing alongside sales, tasks, collaboration, websites and HR tools. Its marketing module sends segment-based email campaigns and automated trigger emails from the CRM, and the menu lists SMS, telemarketing, social media ads and landing pages in the same place. The homepage says "15,000,000 organizations have chosen Bitrix24," that it is "available in 18 languages," and that it is "Free forever for unlimited users."

Email campaigns in the CRM

Email marketing lives inside the CRM rather than in a separate tool. The homepage's marketing section promises to "Launch segment-based email marketing campaigns," "Create custom web forms to collect leads and add them to your CRM," "Set up and launch Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns," and "Analyze your campaign results to maximize ROI." The English site's articles repeat the tagline: "Run marketing campaigns inside your Bitrix24 CRM - email marketing, ad targeting, and more."

The Turkish site walks through sending a newsletter: from the marketing section the user opens email campaigns, creates a new campaign, edits a ready-made template, picks the audience, uses the CoPilot assistant for subject line ideas, segments with CRM data and sends, then reads the campaign reports. The same page describes a drag-and-drop email editor and says Bitrix24's free tools include segmentation, editable HTML email templates and reporting, with bulk sending of up to 1,000,000 emails a month. The Brazilian site's Mailchimp alternatives article describes the email side as including its own SMTP, campaign segmentation and "até 1 milhão de disparos mensais" (up to 1 million sends a month), with help from AI. The Brazilian email marketing article adds built-in A/B tests, responsive templates and deliverability tools, with detailed reports and dashboards.

Automation and trigger emails

Automation is where the CRM link pays off. The English article on email strategies for travel agencies describes trigger emails this way: "You simply set up an event as your trigger, and when it is met, your CRM sends out a pre-written personalized email," and gives the example of drip-feeding reminders of a campaign every two days inside a customer journey workflow. It lists the kinds of automated email a CRM can send: welcome emails for new subscribers, thank you emails, confirmations, reminders, alerts, happy birthday emails and drip-fed promotional campaigns. The article's booking confirmation example pulls the customer's name and booking number from the CRM into the email automatically.

The Brazilian article describes behavioral triggers such as abandoned carts, customer birthdays, last purchase dates, material downloads, visits to key pages and periods of inactivity. The homepage's automation menu covers CRM rules and triggers, workflow automation, automated funnels and an API, and the customer service section says automation rules can notify customers "via SMS or email."

SMS, social and other channels

Email is one channel of several. The marketing menu lists "email campaigns, social media ads, SMS, telemarketing, landing pages." The French site's newsletter software article says the same email lists can be used to target people on Instagram, Facebook or Google, and that this also works for sending direct SMS and launching robocalling campaigns, so a business can reach customers who never read its emails. The contact center gathers CRM forms, a website widget, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, telephony and email, and social selling runs through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram. The integrations menu includes SMS apps such as SerwerSMS, Fontumi SMS and TextLocal SMS.

Forms, landing pages and websites

Bitrix24 includes a free website builder with templates and hosting, landing pages that generate leads with capture forms, automated funnels and Google Analytics integration, and website forms including order, registration and feedback forms with conditional fields. An online store handles orders, delivery and payments. All of it feeds the CRM.

AI, integrations and API

The AI assistant is called CoPilot. In the CRM it transcribes and summarizes calls and autocompletes deal fields; in Sites and Stores it writes copy, generates images and translates text; in chat and the feed it drafts and edits text. An MCP server lets external AI tools run actions in the workspace, and Vibecode builds apps, bots and AI agents from a prompt.

The homepage links to "790+ apps & integrations" and API documentation. The Brazilian article names Gmail, Outlook, SendPulse and Mailchimp among the platforms Bitrix24 integrates with, and the Turkish page says CRM data can be used with other newsletter tools such as Mailchimp.

Plans and prices

The pricing model is flat rather than per user. The homepage says "Each of our plans has a fixed price and a user limit. You can keep adding users within the plan limit and still pay the same amount of money monthly/annually," and advertises "100% flat fee: predictable costs, no per-user pricing." A calculator compares Bitrix24 with the per-user prices of separate tools and claims "30x better value than using a set of separate work tools." The paid plan prices themselves are not printed in the text of the homepage. The free plan has no end date and no user limit, and the Turkish page notes that while drafting and sending email is free, advanced CRM features need a subscription.

Bitrix24 Enterprise is for larger teams: the homepage lists from 101 up to 10,000 users and up to 100 TB of storage, and says Enterprise data is hosted with AWS, which holds SOC 1/2/3, GDPR, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 certifications. Besides the cloud service, the Italian site says Bitrix24 is available "sia in Cloud che On-premise" (both in the cloud and on-premise), and the footers link to an on-premise edition with a download.

Support and regions

Customers can use a helpdesk, webinars, guides, a support ticket form and a directory of local Bitrix24 partners for personal consultation. The region picker covers the Americas, Europe and Asia with local sites in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Polish, Italian, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese, Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.

Who it suits

Bitrix24 suits small and midsize businesses that want email campaigns, trigger emails and SMS driven by the same CRM that runs their sales, tasks and website, and that like a flat price for the whole team, or a free start with unlimited users. Companies that need to keep data on their own servers have the on-premise edition. A sender who only wants a focused newsletter tool will find the workspace far larger than the job, and the email features sit a few clicks inside a CRM built for many other things.
