Tap a star to rate

Aritic is a suite of business software whose two email products are Aritic PinPoint, a marketing automation platform for campaigns, drip sequences and lead nurturing, and Aritic Mail, a transactional email delivery API for applications and enterprises. The homepage calls Aritic "a unified marketing automation platform for all B2B companies regardless of their size," and the same account family also covers a sales CRM (Aritic Sales), a help desk (Aritic Desk) and a team messaging tool (Aritic Swarm). The contact address is Dataaegis Inc. in Walnut, California, and the copyright line reads Dataaegis Software Pvt. LTD.

Aritic PinPoint: what a marketer gets

The homepage lists what PinPoint launches with: "contacts, segments, forms, landing page, lead scoring, lead tracking, lead nurturing, workflow automation, email campaign management features with omni-channel campaigns." The FAQ describes it as a cloud-based platform for small and medium-sized companies and digital marketing teams, with a landing page builder, lead scoring, lead tracking, lead nurturing, email marketing, email marketing automation and A/B testing, and an interface optimized for mobile.

Email campaigns are built per segment. The homepage says a sender can "Create personalized email campaigns with different messages for each segment" and set triggers that send personalized emails at the right time. The setup section describes creating an automated drip campaign, scheduling email blasts and managing email templates in one place. On the Pardot comparison page, Aritic's own feature column lists segment-to-email sending, email workflows "with goals, triggers, if/then, delays, exits", a visual workflow builder, time zone delay sends and time zone segmentation, A/B testing (named A/B/X in its terminology), visual email templates, automation templates, bounce monitoring, multiple SMTP providers and sending through the Google Apps API.

Automation is action based. The homepage says marketing, sales and customer success teams can "create dynamic sequences of emails, custom rules, and phone calls with the click of a button," and that automated campaigns target prospects according to their behavior. Workflows sit in what the product calls the Workflow studio, with source triggers for automation rules.

Lead management is the other half of PinPoint. The lead scoring feature is described as "a smart lead scoring framework" that segments contacts and identifies potential leads from their behavior, pulling lead management activities into one system. Contact records carry a full history and custom records, and the comparison page lists customer data unification, progressive profiling, a contact audit log, cross-domain visitor tracking, UTM tracking, anonymous contacts, social segments and webinar segments. Forms, a landing page builder, dynamic content, email widgets and a file manager for downloadable assets cover lead capture.

Reporting comes from built-in marketing analytics that the homepage says track conversion rates and total leads generated, in real time. Beyond email, the feature menu lists SMS text automation, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media marketing, video marketing, mobile marketing, account-based marketing and a marketing intelligence module, and add-ons for chatbot conversations, polls and surveys and event management.

Aritic Mail: the transactional side

Aritic Mail is a separate product: "Get Aritic Mail to send high-speed transactional emails," says its comparison page. The product menu lists transactional email delivery, API integration, email delivery insight, reporting, inbound email processing, AI based email delivery and security. The feature table on the same page marks email speed control, speed control per SMTP, multiple IP pools, access to the full outgoing and incoming message queue, multiple web APIs per application, forwarding of incoming email to HTTP endpoints, domain blacklisting notifications, domain-level reporting, active queue management, a configurable spam threshold and a built-in spam and virus scanner. The page says Aritic Mail focuses on instant delivery and transparent delivery metrics.

Integrations

The homepage claims "150+ available Integrations with Aritic" and says integration is bi-directional across application categories. The FAQ names Salesforce, SugarCRM and Zoho CRM, and Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn on the social side. The manufacturing section adds that the platform connects to CRM, ERP and other business systems. The site links to integration documentation and separate docs for each product.

Plans and prices

PinPoint has a free tier. The FAQ says a user can start on the "Free Lifetime Plan, and no credit card is required until you have a total of below 500 contacts." Paid plans are Lite, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, which the same FAQ prices at "$190, $250, $390, and $3,690 per annum, respectively." The Pardot comparison page gives a different figure for the entry plan, "Lite plan starts at $81/mo. for 10,000 contacts when billed annually," and says pricing is based on the number of contacts and features. The two pages do not agree, so a buyer should check the current PinPoint pricing page. The FAQ adds that accounts can be upgraded or downgraded from the billing and subscription page. A free trial of the full suite is also offered.

Aritic Mail is sold as credits rather than a subscription: its comparison page lists "No recurring payment. One-time payment of $9 for 10,000 email credits," with one-time contract terms.

Scale, onboarding and support

The homepage says more than 2500 customers use Aritic and shows figures for 195 countries and 16 data centers, without saying where those data centers are. The FAQ says users, on average, begin entering their first contacts from their website within 60 minutes, and that leads can be exported from an existing tool and imported into the contact module. The Pardot page describes migration aids such as step-by-step guides, data mapping and import tools and data conversion services, with specialists who handle the data migration.

Services include onboarding, technical services and onsite training. Support runs through live chat, phone, tickets and a knowledge base, and the footer links to Trust and Security and System Status pages, a user community and a public roadmap. Customer quotes on the homepage praise the customer success team for help with migration and setup.

Who it suits

PinPoint suits B2B companies, agencies and small marketing teams that want email campaigns, drip nurturing, lead scoring and forms in one account, with a CRM and help desk available from the same vendor. The homepage adds industry pages for financial services, manufacturing, higher education, technology and SaaS, and agencies. Developers who need an application mail API with queue visibility and IP pools, and who prefer buying credits to a monthly bill, are the audience for Aritic Mail. A creator who only needs a simple newsletter will find more lead management machinery here than they need.
