Flodesk's editor prioritizes layout and typography, with templates built by designers rather than generated from a generic drag-and-drop grid, and workflows cover welcome sequences, sales campaigns, and simple automation triggers without the depth of a full marketing automation platform. It integrates with Shopify and a handful of ecommerce and course platforms for basic order-triggered emails.

New signups since December 2025 pay by subscriber count rather than the old flat monthly fee: the Lite plan starts at $25 a month ($19 annually) and the Everything plan at $54 a month ($49 annually) for up to 1,000 subscribers, with prices rising as the list grows. Anyone who subscribed before that change keeps their legacy unlimited-contact flat rate for as long as they stay subscribed. There's no permanent free plan, only a trial. It's a strong choice for a creator or small brand where visual design matters more than deep segmentation or behavioral automation.
