Tap a star to rate
Veloxy is sales software for reps and managers who work in Salesforce, and its email side lets those reps send personalized email campaigns, drip sequences and templates from their own Gmail or Outlook inbox or from their phone, with open tracking and analytics feeding back into the CRM. It is sold in two forms: Veloxy, a mobile field sales app for iPhone and Android, and Veloxy Lite, an inbox extension that turns Outlook or Gmail into what the site calls a sales-enhanced, revenue-generating inbox with email tracking, analytics and more. The footer gives a Pleasanton, California address and a support email address.
Email from the rep's own inbox
The feature Veloxy leads with on its personalization page is that it integrates with the rep's Gmail or Outlook inbox. The page says that, unlike most email marketing tools, this gives true 1:1 email deliverability even when a rep sends an email blast. Messages go out from the salesperson's mailbox, so a campaign reads to the recipient like individual correspondence. The page argues that customers will not be able to tell a personalized template from a one-to-one email, and that the engagement history built up this way further helps deliverability.
From the inbox a rep can send email campaigns, personalize templates and see Salesforce activity. Campaigns can be sent as personalized email blasts triggered by sales alerts or account proximity, and can be scheduled in advance. The site's feature menu lists drip campaigns, email tracking, email analytics, personalization and email templates under its email marketing heading.
Personalization from Salesforce data
The personalization product pulls from Salesforce records rather than a flat list. The FAQ says Veloxy's sales AI keeps track of every record's data and opportunities in Salesforce, so a drip campaign to your hottest leads can draw on their latest interests, demographics and other data. It encourages users to go beyond FIRSTNAME and COMPANY merge fields to fields such as opportunity size, a customer's birthday, city of residence or largest cost center. Beyond text, you can insert contracts and other documents tied to the customer's Salesforce record into an email.
A customer review quoted on the page, from a Comcast employee, says the email template feature lets the rep send customer information in a fraction of the time and "talk to 10x more customers."
Tracking and analytics
Email tracking sends instant notifications when a lead or opportunity opens or forwards an email, and shows the device, location and more. Email analytics are available from the inbox, a smartphone or a browser, and are meant for optimizing templates, campaigns and follow-up. The personalization page lists the metrics it aims to improve: warm reply rate, active audience (separating out inactive recipients), time spent viewing, direct emails received from buyers, and deliverability. For managers, custom dashboards show demos booked, opportunities won or lost, emails sent and more, and reports highlight top-performing reps, core customers and the most effective campaigns.
The mobile field sales app
The main Veloxy app is built for reps who spend the day away from a desk. It brings calendar, tasks, contacts, notes and sales reports into one app. Task lists adapt to the day based on the calendar, upcoming calls, meetings and past activity, and tasks are generated automatically for follow-ups, next steps and campaigns. A single tap opens a 360-degree contact profile with past interactions, opportunities, pain points and next steps, with customizable fields. Reps can review yesterday's metrics, skim the inbox and flag messages without switching apps.
Other features on the site include a newer business card scanner that creates Salesforce contacts in seconds, AI-driven sales alerts that reps can answer with a personalized email, call blitzes from the phone, a quick dialer, guided selling, sales route optimization, and lead generation that uses the phone's geolocation to download new leads. Managers can join calls, review emails and coach remotely.
Salesforce integration and automation
The homepage describes Veloxy as a standalone solution that can also integrate tightly with Salesforce. Contacts, accounts, deals and activities sync automatically through a real-time bidirectional API integration, which the site says removes duplicate or outdated records. Prospecting emails sent from Veloxy are logged as activities in Salesforce, and follow-up tasks in Veloxy trigger reminders in Salesforce. Predefined prospecting workflows send nurture sequences from Salesforce automatically, qualified leads are scored and moved to the pipeline, AI-assisted lead capture forms populate Salesforce when submitted, and dynamic routing assigns new leads to reps. Pipeline fields can be updated in Veloxy with a few clicks.
Compliance tools
The homepage says Veloxy provides built-in email marketing tools and safeguards that comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR. It lists address validation on upload and periodically to remove invalid or false addresses, template approval, consent management that tracks communication preferences and consent histories so only people who opted in are contacted, and visible, working unsubscribe links in marketing emails. A security page is linked in the footer.
Pricing, trial and support
The personalization page offers "Veloxy AI Sales Assistant Software with Email Personalization" for only $49 / month, with the promise "If you don't get ROI in 3 months, you get 3 months free!" It invites visitors to try the email marketing software with a 14 day free trial, with separate buttons to get it for Outlook or for Gmail. The homepage offers a free, no-obligation trial and a demo, and says customers after 3 months double their sales productivity, pipeline and revenue. The page does not say whether the $49 price is per user.
For enterprise clients, an Enterprise Success team handles customized implementation after discovery calls (fields, forms, permissions), data migration of contacts, accounts, deals and activity history from other platforms, personalized training for administrators and key users, and priority support with 24/7 phone or email assistance, all in-house. The personalization page shows a rating of 5 out of 5 on G2, Capterra and Salesforce AppExchange, and the homepage shows 4.8 from 500+ online reviews. Veloxy is available on Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource, the Google Chrome Web Store, Google Play and the Apple App Store. The resources section includes a blog, ebooks, case studies, webinars and a knowledge base.
Who Veloxy suits
Veloxy fits field sales and inside sales teams whose customer data lives in Salesforce and who want to send prospecting emails and small campaigns from their own mailbox, personalized with CRM data and tracked back into Salesforce. Veloxy Lite suits a rep who mainly works in Gmail or Outlook; the full app suits reps on the road. It is a sales tool rather than a newsletter platform: there is no mention of a drag-and-drop newsletter designer or list-based subscriber management, so a marketing team sending large broadcast newsletters is not the audience the site addresses.
