Space CRM

Tap a star to rate

Space CRM is an outreach platform that runs cold email, LinkedIn automation and WhatsApp campaigns from one dashboard, aimed at sales development reps, sales leaders, RevOps teams, founders and agencies who want to run prospecting sequences across several channels at once. The site lists offices and phone lines in the USA (Sacramento, California), Canada, the UAE (a Middle East regional office in Dubai), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore and Malaysia, and says the product is built with open-source software licensed under AGPL v3, with the source code available on GitHub.

What you send and how it works

The email side is described as bulk email marketing "with intelligent sending and high deliverability". Campaigns are built with a drag-and-drop builder and smart templates, and every campaign can carry A/B tests. The company's blog post on drip campaign software lays out how the sequence side works: behavior-based triggers rather than time delays alone, so a follow-up can start when a prospect opens an email, clicks a link or visits a pricing page; A/B tests on subject lines and body copy, with winners deployed to the rest of the list once statistical significance is reached; and segmentation by engagement level, funnel stage, industry and company size.

The same post gives Space CRM's view of how to pace a sequence at each funnel stage: 3-4 educational emails over 2 weeks at the top of the funnel, 2-3 product-specific emails over 1-2 weeks in the middle, and 2-3 emails with urgency and social proof over 1 week at the bottom. That is advice rather than a product limit, but it shows the kind of sequences the builder is designed around.

What sets the product apart from an email-only sender is that the sequence builder combines email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps in a single workflow, with behavior-based triggers that work across all three channels. The example the blog gives is a prospect who opens an email but does not reply and then automatically receives a LinkedIn follow-up. The paid feature list names unlimited email campaigns.

LinkedIn, WhatsApp and the unified inbox

LinkedIn automation covers auto connections, smart sequences and profile visits, with the integrations section describing automated outreach, connection requests and messaging campaigns at scale. WhatsApp campaigns support rich media, quick replies and broadcast messaging, and the WhatsApp Business integration is described as sending automated messages and managing business conversations across thousands of contacts. The platform also connects to Twitter / X for monitoring mentions, engaging with followers and automating responses.

Replies from all channels land in a unified inbox with smart routing and team collaboration, which matters for a team where several reps share a pipeline. Around it sit lead scoring, lead tracking to prioritize high-value prospects, automated follow-ups, a "Sales Builder" for workflows around personalized client interactions, team management and AI insights. The automation section of the homepage claims users can reduce manual work by 80%, increase response rates by 3x and close deals 40% faster; those are the company's own marketing figures.

AI content generation

AI writing runs through the product. The homepage announces an AI Campaign Builder as "now live" and describes an AI Content Assistant: you describe the campaign goal and it drafts messages for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. It also generates subject lines, personalized messages for LinkedIn and WhatsApp, AI-crafted content templates for different campaign types and industries, and real-time suggestions for improving a message. The drip campaign post adds that the assistant writes email copy for each step of a sequence based on your product, target audience and campaign goal, and that SDRs review and customize the draft before launch.

Deliverability and sending setup

The blog post says built-in deliverability tools warm your domain automatically before the first drip sequence goes out, which removes the wait that usually delays a new sending domain. The FAQ confirms you can connect a custom domain for sending, with proper DNS configuration.

Space CRM also publishes free tools that need no sign-up: a Deliverability Checker for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain reputation, a Blacklist Checker that scans 10 major DNS-based blacklists, a Subject Line Tester for spam triggers and engagement, a Cold Email Generator that produces a 5-email outreach sequence, a WhatsApp Builder for compliant WhatsApp API templates with live preview, a LinkedIn Optimizer that scores a profile, and a Sales ROI Calculator.

Security and compliance

The homepage's Security and Compliance block lists independently audited security and availability controls, support for the EU data protection regulation with a full DPA, and a contractual service-level agreement. Elsewhere the site states that Space CRM is SOC 2 compliant with end-to-end encryption, and the FAQ says it uses enterprise-grade encryption, SOC 2 compliance practices and secure data infrastructure with regular backups. A Trust and Security page is linked from the footer. The FAQ also says all emails, landing pages and forms are fully responsive for mobile devices.

Integrations

The integrations section counts 12 native integrations that sync contacts, trigger campaigns and push events in both directions: Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive and Contacts), Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Twitter / X, Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Pipedrive and Segment. HubSpot gets bidirectional sync of leads, contacts and deals; Slack delivers real-time notifications; Zapier connects Space CRM to 5,000+ apps without code. The FAQ gives a wider figure of 180+ tools including CRMs, e-commerce platforms and payment processors, while the blog's feature summary says 100+ integrations. The site does not host websites; the FAQ says it works alongside the major website platforms so landing pages and forms can live anywhere. An API documentation link sits in the footer.

Plans and pricing

The site describes a free tier for up to 500 contacts with no credit card required, and Pro plans from $29/mo that include all three channels. Separately, the homepage offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card and cancellation at any time. The feature list shown with pricing covers unlimited email campaigns, LinkedIn automation, WhatsApp campaigns, the unified inbox, the AI Content Assistant, unlimited team members, advanced analytics and reporting, and custom workflows and integrations. An Enterprise tier is mentioned in the FAQ, reached through a demo or the sales team; no price is given for it.

On onboarding, the FAQ says all plans include help resources, while Pro and Enterprise add dedicated onboarding and priority support. The homepage gives 2 weeks as the average onboarding time and says the support team responds in under an hour during business days. Support contacts are a general address and a support address, plus the regional phone lines.

Analytics and reporting

The analytics dashboard tracks every metric per sequence step, per segment and per channel, and data can be exported for deeper analysis. The blog frames reporting around conversion at each step of a sequence and revenue per sequence rather than opens and clicks alone, tying results back to pipeline.

Scale and who this suits

The homepage claims 10,000+ businesses in 60+ countries, 4.2B messages delivered and a 3.2x reply rate over the last 30 days. It also lists industry playbooks for real estate (property inquiries and client scheduling), SaaS (acquisition, onboarding and churn), e-commerce (abandoned carts and repeat purchases), healthcare (appointment reminders), finance and education (admissions and alumni relations).

Space CRM fits a sales team that prospects on email and LinkedIn and wants WhatsApp in the same sequence, with AI drafting and a shared inbox. The free tier caps at 500 contacts, so larger prospect lists need Pro, and teams that prefer to write every message by hand will use less of what the product emphasizes. Buyers who need Enterprise terms will have to go through a demo, since only the Pro starting price is published.
