What Saleshandy is
Saleshandy is a cold outreach platform for sending one-to-one prospecting email at volume, with calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and manual tasks in the same sequences. The homepage calls it a "Complete Multichannel Outbound Platform," and it bundles a B2B contact database, email outreach, a dialer, deliverability tools and a built-in CRM. It is built for sales teams and SDRs, lead generation agencies, founders and recruiters, not for newsletters to an opt-in list.
The About page says the team is "based in Ahmedabad" and lists "67+ Team Members" and "25,000+ Customers Worldwide." Its timeline starts in 2015 in a small office, with an email tracking tool in 2016, a mail merge Chrome extension in 2017, automated sequences in 2018, Saleshandy V3 for cold emailing in 2021 and the B2B Lead Finder in 2024. The footer names Ikigai Infotech as the company behind it.
What a sender actually gets
Mailboxes and sending. You connect your own sending mailboxes, as many as you like; the pricing page says "no per-inbox fees" on any plan. Sender Rotation spreads sends across mailboxes, up to 10 email accounts on Starter, 100 on Pro and 1000 on Scale. Every plan includes unlimited warm-up for connected mailboxes, and the pricing page also lists dynamic IP addresses and advanced warm-up settings for volume, ramp-up speed and reply rates.
Sequences. Campaigns are multi-step sequences across email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and custom tasks you assign to SDRs. The homepage example runs an intro email, a follow-up three days later, a LinkedIn connection request, a WhatsApp follow-up, a discovery call and a custom task, and if a prospect opens without replying it can trigger a subsequence. Subsequences start follow-up sequences automatically based on how prospects respond.
Writing and testing. AI Sequence Copilot generates a full outreach sequence, and AI Variants writes several versions of each email. A-Z Testing lets you test "up to 26 email variants," and spintax plus variable tags for time, calendar and sender details keep each message distinct. The deliverability page adds a Spam Word Detector, plain-text sending and a Sequence Score that rates a sequence on subject line length, personalization, spam words and follow-up timing.
Deliverability safeguards. Bounce Guard auto-pauses sequences on high bounces "to protect domain," and a ramp-up setting raises volume gradually. Warm-up is fully automated, and the deliverability page describes a 30-day ramp-up period. An inbox placement test and domain health, DKIM and DMARC checks are part of the Deliverability Suite.
Replies and deals. The Unified Inbox collects every reply from every connected mailbox, and the built-in CRM lets you email, call, log notes and move deals through a pipeline from the prospect's card. Unlimited one-to-one email tracking covers opens, clicks and replies, with email tracking extensions for Gmail and Outlook and a mobile app.
Lead data. The Lead Finder searches "852M+ verified contacts and 42M+ company profiles" with filters for job title, seniority, department, industry, company size, revenue, location, tech stack and hiring signals. Revealing a work email costs one credit and runs a waterfall across Saleshandy, Prospeo, RocketReach, Findymail, Enrich.so and Scalelist, with catch-all verification through ZeroBounce and BounceBan. A phone number costs six credits. The pricing page says "$0 charged for unverified emails."
Integrations and API. Saleshandy syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Zapier, and connects without code through Zapier, Make, n8n and Pabbly. There is a REST API (the pricing page lists 100 enrichment calls per minute and 50,000 per day on every plan), webhooks, and MCP and CLI access so assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can work with the account.
Plans and pricing
The pricing page publishes three self-serve plans, with prices shown in USD and several other currencies and "exclusive of applicable taxes." Each comes with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.
- Starter is $34/month billed annually ($408/year) or $41/month paid monthly. It covers 1 user, 2,000 active prospects in live sequences, 6,000 emails a month, 1,500 monthly credits for revealing contacts, 500 one-time email verification credits and 100 one-time AI credits. Support is email plus the in-app AI assistant.
- Pro, marked most popular, is $76/month billed annually ($912/year) or $99/month paid monthly. It covers 10 users, 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails a month, 4,000 monthly contact-reveal credits, 1,000 verification credits and 500 AI credits, and adds live chat support.
- Scale is $149/month billed annually ($1,788/year) or $189/month paid monthly, with unlimited users, unlimited active prospects under a fair usage policy, and 200,000 emails a month by default (the page shows higher send options of 300,000 and 600,000 and a "Contact Us" beyond that). It includes 8,000 monthly contact-reveal credits, 5,000 verification credits and 1,000 AI credits, priority support with video calls, personalized onboarding and a dedicated account manager.
On annual billing the contact-reveal credits for the whole year are deposited up front. Prospect storage, sequences and teams are unlimited on all three plans, and the pricing page lists unlimited clients for agencies.
Enterprise is custom priced and adds single sign-on, white-labeling for agencies, and sending limits and database credits sized to your volume.
Email Infrastructure is a separate add-on: look-alike secondary domains and mailboxes on Google Workspace, Microsoft or Azure, pre-configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Mailboxes cost $2.99 per month on Annual Fixed, $3.49 on Annual Flexi (minimum 25 mailboxes, with free mailbox replacement) or $3.99 on Quarterly, and each domain costs $14 a year, with up to 5 mailboxes per domain. The homepage says setup takes "Under 10 minutes." The add-ons menu also lists extra credits, the dialer and inbox placement.
Compliance, support and reputation
The deliverability page carries the badges "SOC 2 Certified" and "GDPR Compliant." Multi-factor authentication is listed on the plans, and the footer links legal policies and a vulnerability disclosure page.
The homepage FAQ says "Our support team responds in under 2 hours." Support deepens by plan as described above. The pricing page shows ratings of 4.6 on G2 from 773 reviews, 4.7 on Trustpilot from 743 and 4.3 on Google from 197.
Who it suits
Saleshandy suits a team that wants prospect data, sending, warm-up and reply handling in one subscription with published limits. Because mailboxes carry no per-inbox fee, a team scaling across many sending accounts pays for plan capacity rather than seats of email. Agencies get unlimited clients and teams, with white-labeling on Enterprise, and recruiters can use the same database and sequences to reach candidates.
Starter is a single-user plan with a modest monthly send allowance, which suits a founder testing outbound. Growing SDR teams will look at Pro for its ten seats and 100,000 emails. Scale fits larger teams that want onboarding help and priority support.
The main caution is the sending setup: if you do not already own secondary domains and mailboxes, budget for the Email Infrastructure add-on on top of the plan. And this is a prospecting platform; it is not designed for marketing newsletters to subscribers.
