What Salesforge is
Salesforge is a cold outreach platform that runs email and LinkedIn sequences from one dashboard. Its headline is "Forge Pipeline With Unlimited LinkedIn, Email & AI SDR Outreach," and the site describes it as an AI SDR platform "that automates lead generation, cold email outreach, and inbox warm-up at scale." It is aimed at sales teams, growth teams and outreach agencies sending one-to-one prospecting email from their own mailboxes, not at newsletter senders.
The homepage says "10,000+ Businesses Run on Salesforge" and shows a 4.6 rating on G2. Salesforge is the center of what the company calls The Forge Stack, a set of products under one login: Leadsforge for finding leads, Mailforge, Infraforge and Primeforge for email infrastructure, Warmforge for warm-up and deliverability, and Agent Frank, its AI sales development rep.
The core idea is that you can run campaigns yourself, hand them to Agent Frank, or mix the two. The FAQ is direct about it: "You can run human-led campaigns only, AI-led campaigns only, or a blend of both."
What a sender actually gets
Unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders. The homepage pitch is to "Forget about seat-based pricing": you can connect unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders so the whole team can send. The FAQ adds a caveat worth knowing before you budget. The mailboxes themselves are not included: "you need to purchase domains and mailboxes separately." You can connect your own, or buy them inside the stack from Mailforge (shared infrastructure), Infraforge (private infrastructure) or Primeforge (Google and Microsoft mailboxes).
Sequences. Campaigns are "conditional multi-channel sequences" that combine email steps and LinkedIn steps, with automated follow-ups on both channels. The FAQ says that on LinkedIn Salesforge handles "safe sending volumes and scheduling so your account stays compliant." The company's white-label post describes the product as cold email plus "6 native LinkedIn actions." Spintax is supported, and the site offers a free spintax generator.
Languages. The homepage says you can write outreach in "2 or 20 different languages" and craft unique messages to each recipient "without hiring translators or local SDRs." The site itself is available in English, German, French and Portuguese.
Deliverability. Every subscription includes "free, unlimited access to Warmforge," which the site describes as a warm-up tool with "a premium warm up pool, free of external SMTPs and full of healthy Google Workspace and Microsoft365 mailboxes." That pool sends mail to and from your mailboxes to build sender reputation, and you can monitor the health of every mailbox at a glance. The FAQ lists mailbox rotation among the other deliverability features, and the workflow graphic mentions monitoring domain reputation and a mailbox "Heat Score." A case study on the homepage reports "97-100% Inbox Placement" for one customer's clients.
Replies. Primebox is the shared inbox for email and LinkedIn replies. It captures replies "from any address (even if the prospect responds from a different email)" and adds AI analysis to help you answer faster. The site says it is "Included for free with every Salesforge subscription," and a Primebox mobile app is listed.
Agent Frank. Agent Frank is the AI SDR. The FAQ says "He finds prospects, writes tailored outreach, follows up, and books meetings," across email and LinkedIn when multi-channel is enabled. You can try a sample on the site: pick a tonality (Playful, Hilarious, Formal, Curious, Urgent, Appreciative or Polite) and get "a uniquely crafted email delivered in your inbox in seconds." To start using Agent Frank for real, the FAQ says you first book a demo.
Integrations and automation. The FAQ names Slack, Salesforce, Clay and HubSpot, and says you can connect other apps "via Zapier, webhooks or Salesforge API." The homepage links to "30+ Integrations" and lists MCP, CLI and API access. The resources menu adds Clay, Make and n8n templates.
Leads. Lead data comes through Leadsforge and the Lead Finder, which the menu describes as "500M+ verified B2B leads," plus a LinkedIn email finder and a Chrome extension. A banner offers 100 free credits on Leadsforge.
Pricing, trial and compliance
The homepage FAQ says you can sign up or "start your 14-day free trial," and the workflow graphic repeats the 14-day trial and free warm-up.
Plan prices appear in the company's own blog post on white-label software, in the table of pricing that reseller clients receive before any markup: Salesforge Pro at $40/month billed annually, Salesforge Growth at $80/month billed annually, and Agent Frank at $499/month billed annually. The same post says the Growth plan includes unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn accounts. Domains and mailboxes cost extra, as noted above.
For agencies there is Salesforge Whitelabel, which lets you resell the product under your own brand, domain and logo. The blog post says it is free to join with no license fee, and you choose either a flat 20% revenue share to Salesforge or your own markup over wholesale; client contracts can run up to three years, with Stripe handling payments. Getting started means a call with the partnerships team.
On compliance, the homepage carries a "SOC2 Compliant" badge, and the footer links a Trust Center, a DPA and an AI Use Policy.
Support is offered through chat ("message us via the chat!"), a help desk and video tutorials, and the homepage says the team helps with "optimizing your strategy and outreach," not only with problems. There is also a Slack community (the homepage cites a "1K+ Community") and a free Salesforge Academy course.
Results the company highlights
The case studies on the homepage give a sense of how customers use it. AKOOL reached "Over 214K Prospects With a 16%+ Positive Reply Rate." UniteSync reports "an 85.26% Positive Reply Rate and a $2.86 CAC" with Salesforge, Mailforge and Warmforge, and ChannelCrawler 85.71% positive replies. The agency Strongest Group says it booked "1,000+ Meetings Across 15 Clients" with the Forge stack. These are the company's selected customer stories, not averages.
The site also offers more than 20 free tools, including an inbox placement test, an email deliverability test, an IP and domain blacklist checker, an ESP checker, an email spam checker, an AI subject line generator and a sales forecast tool.
Who it suits
Salesforge suits teams whose outbound is growing past a handful of mailboxes. Unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders, free warm-up and a shared inbox for both channels remove the per-seat and per-mailbox costs that climb as you add senders. Agencies running outreach for many clients are an obvious fit, and the white-label program lets them sell it as their own tool.
Teams that want AI to carry more of the work can add Agent Frank, and teams that do not can ignore it and run human-led campaigns.
It is less suited to someone who wants a single price that covers everything. Sending domains and mailboxes are bought separately, lead data sits in a separate product with its own credits, and Agent Frank starts with a demo. It is also a prospecting tool, not a platform for newsletters or marketing campaigns to opted-in subscribers. The 14-day free trial is the way to test the sequences and warm-up before committing.
