What SalesBlink is
SalesBlink is a cold email outreach platform for B2B sales: it writes and sends personalized multi-step sequences, warms up sending inboxes, verifies lists and collects replies in one inbox. Its own description is "a powerful AI cold email outreach platform that helps you find leads, write sequences, and book more meetings on autopilot." The footer calls it "A FutureBlink Product," and the homepage says it is "Trusted by 12K+ businesses across the world," elsewhere given as "12,000+ businesses."
The site frames two ways to run it. "For Humans" means the AI drafts and you review and launch. "For AI Agents" means you connect an assistant such as Claude, Cursor or VS Code and let the agent build and run campaigns. The headline puts the pitch simply: connect SalesBlink to any AI agent "and let it run personalized email sequences that land in inboxes (not spam), get replies, and book meetings on autopilot."
This is outbound sales email sent from your own inboxes to prospects, not a newsletter tool for an opt-in subscriber list.
Writing and launching campaigns
The starting point is SalesBlink AI, described as "Sales AI that writes emails, builds sequences and personalizes at scale." You can begin in chat: describe the campaign and the AI builds it. The chat box on the homepage offers three starting actions, "Launch Cold Email Campaign," "Create AI Reply Agent" and "Write Emails."
The AI Email Writer turns "a one-line brief into a cold email that actually gets opened." For whole sequences, the homepage says you "describe your business and target audience" and Outreach AI "instantly creates personalized multi-step sequences with compelling follow-ups," which you can edit and customize before launch. Sales Sequences are described as "Multi-step, multi-channel sequences that keep working without you," and the footer lists a MultiChannel Sales Sequence feature alongside Cold Email Outreach and Mail Merge.
Personalization goes past the first-name field; the page promises to "Merge real prospect detail into every email, not just a first name." The sequence section lists reporting, A/B testing and iteration among its points ("Track Reports, A/B Test & Improve").
Two sales motions are named under Solutions. Outbound Sales covers building lists, launching multi-step sequences and booking meetings at scale. Inbound Sales is about replying to new leads "in minutes with automated, personalized follow-ups."
Deliverability tools
Deliverability gets its own block on the site, headed "Land in the Inbox," with the advice to warm up first and verify before sending.
- Email WarmUp builds sender reputation automatically. The homepage headline is "Email WarmUp for 99%+ Deliverability," and the text says the warm-up system "gradually builds your sender reputation through smart interactions with real inboxes." Its listed parts are smart replies with active inboxes, moving mail from spam to inbox, warming up domains and templates, and an automatic ramp-up.
- Email Deliverability is described as "SPF, DKIM, DMARC and placement tests handled for you."
- Email Verification cleans a list before sending to "protect your bounce rate." A free email verification tool also sits among the site's free tools.
The 99%+ figure is the company's own claim for its warm-up, stated on the homepage.
Replies, meetings and reporting
The Unified Inbox gathers "Every reply from every sending account in a single place." It adds AI categorization of leads, smart filters and AI reply suggestions, so you can reply to a lead from the same screen.
The Meeting Scheduler replaces the back-and-forth over times. You share a personal scheduling link, prospects book against your availability, and the tool syncs with your calendar and handles time zones. Its listed options include customizing availability and asking questions at booking.
Email Tracking shows "opens, clicks and replies per step, per sender," and Reports & Dashboards provide "Full outreach reporting plus a dashboard for the quick glance."
Access for AI agents and developers
SalesBlink puts unusual weight on letting software run the account. Under "For AI Agents" it lists:
- MCP Server, for "Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex," with OAuth sign-in and "no API keys."
- Agent Skill, "One command to teach any agent how to run cold email properly."
- CLI, "Terminal-native control for coding agents, scripts and CI."
- REST API, to build your own agent or workflow on the platform.
A team that already works in an AI coding assistant can therefore set up and run outreach from there, and a developer can script campaign operations in CI or custom tools.
Services, pricing and compliance
Beyond the software, SalesBlink sells hands-on help. Done-For-You Outreach means the company's team "runs your entire cold email program end to end." Campaign Setup is narrower: the team configures domains, inboxes and your first campaign, and you press send. A Cold Email Audit looks for what is hurting your deliverability and reply rate.
The homepage offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, "Cancel Anytime" and "5 Min Setup." Plan prices sit on a separate pricing page; the homepage itself quotes none.
On compliance, the footer links a GDPR page and states "DPDP Compliant." The footer also links a status page, a public roadmap, help docs, an integrations page, an API page and an affiliate program.
The site carries a set of free tools that hint at the product's focus: a cold email ROI calculator, subject line generators (one AI-based), an AI email writer, free email verification, an email spam checker, an email permutator and a sales commission calculator.
Who it suits
SalesBlink fits a founder or small sales team that wants one tool to write, warm up, send and follow up on cold email, with replies and meeting bookings handled in the same place. The chat-first setup and AI-drafted sequences lower the effort of getting a first campaign out, and the warm-up and verification tools address the reasons new sending domains land in spam.
It is a strong match for teams that already use AI assistants in their daily work. The MCP server, agent skill and CLI let an agent in Claude, Cursor or VS Code set up and run campaigns without a person clicking through the app. Developers who want to build their own workflow get a REST API.
Teams that would rather not run outreach themselves can buy the Done-For-You program, or just the initial domain and inbox setup, and an existing sender with falling reply rates can start with the audit.
It is not built for marketing newsletters to subscribers, and buyers who need a detailed plan comparison before a trial will have to look past the homepage to the pricing page. The 14-day trial without a card is the practical way to test the AI drafts and warm-up on your own domain before paying.
