What Regie.ai is

Regie.ai builds RegieGO, which the company calls "an agentic sales workspace." It is a prospecting tool for individual sellers: full-cycle AEs, SDRs, founding reps and founders doing their own outbound. The email it sends is one-to-one cold outreach and follow-up, written in the seller's voice and sent from the seller's own Gmail or Outlook mailbox. It is not a newsletter or campaign tool for a subscriber list.

The About page states the premise plainly: "most of a seller's day disappears into research, list building, and follow-up, and almost none of that work is the part a person is uniquely good at." RegieGO hands that work to software agents that run on a schedule, so the seller starts the day with a ranked queue of prepared emails, calls and LinkedIn tasks instead of a blank list. The homepage sums the product up as a workspace "with built-in enrichment, emailing, dialing and workflows that gets you prospecting end to end from a single chat."

The About page also notes that Khosla Ventures led the company's A-round, "an additional $6 million announced in February 2023," to fund its work in generative AI for go-to-market teams.

What a sender actually gets

Setup. The why-regie page says RegieGO reads your website, builds a profile of what you sell and who buys it, and proposes the job titles and company sizes to search before you have configured anything. You confirm your ideal customer profile once, connect your inbox, and the agents start. The same page lists "a built-in CRM from day one, so you can start with nothing," local dialer numbers "provisioned in one click, no carrier setup," and prebuilt call, email and LinkedIn workflows ready to run.

Prospect sourcing and enrichment. Every day the agents either source new prospects or work a list you already have. Enrichment runs through "a contact-data waterfall seven providers deep, mobile numbers included," and you only pay for lookups that return something. For an existing list, the Lead Enrichment use case lets you upload a CSV or sync your CRM and have every contact filled in, "billed only on hits."

Writing the email. The composer learns your voice from your own sent mail. Each message names a why-now reason behind it; the site gives a funding round, a new executive and company news as examples. The homepage says Regie "learns your voice and your company's pitch, finds the 'why-now' on every account, and writes every message with a compelling reason to respond." For the Cold Outbound use case, RegieGO builds the list from your own site and drafts every touch "with a source behind each claim."

Sending. Mail goes out from your connected Gmail or Outlook, "never a vendor domain," so replies arrive where you already read them. The pricing FAQ adds that every contact is verified before send, that sending is throttled, and that unsubscribes are handled for you.

Other channels. RegieGO puts phone, email and LinkedIn into one queue. Calls land in a power dialer with local presence, do-not-call enforcement and dispositions handled, and the About page says the dialer runs "up to nine lines." LinkedIn touches arrive as tasks you send yourself, "never bot messages." The why-regie page stresses the principle: "Nothing goes out under your name that you did not send." An example play on the homepage runs email on day one, LinkedIn on day two, an email follow-up on day four and a phone call on day six.

Signals and scheduling. The Always-On Pipeline feature watches your accounts for why-now signals such as job changes, new leadership hires, funding rounds, hiring surges, a tech stack change or a competitor mention, and turns them into plays that run daily. Agents run on a recurring schedule you set (the example on the site is every day at 7:00 AM Pacific Time), and you can get an email summary after each run. Other use cases on the site cover Speed to Lead (drafting the follow-up, enriching the contact and queuing the call the moment someone raises their hand), Website Visitor Identification (enriching the accounts behind visitors you can already see) and Strategic Prospecting at named accounts.

Reporting. The Always-On Pipeline view reports results back each day, with accounts worked and replies among the figures shown. The Enterprise plan adds advanced analytics.

Integrations. HubSpot is the CRM named on the site. The FAQ says RegieGO "syncs your contacts and activity, and backfills what is already there," and runs alongside your existing tools rather than replacing them. Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn are the other connections the pages name. Enterprise customers get custom CRM sync.

Plans and pricing

The pricing page lists three plans, and it is refreshingly short.

  • Free, $0. 250 credits to get started (a one-time grant), the full workspace with research, enrichment, drafting, dialer and agents, sending from your own Gmail or Outlook, no credit card and a single user.
  • Pro, $49 a month. Everything in Free plus 5,000 credits every month. The page notes that "enrichment costs nothing when it finds nothing" and that annual billing saves 17%.
  • Enterprise, custom pricing. Volume credits priced to your team, team workspaces and shared agents, custom CRM sync, advanced analytics, a dedicated account manager, and "SOC 2 and enterprise security."

Credits pay for researching accounts, drafting messages, enriching contacts and dialing. When you run out, those actions pause until the next cycle or an upgrade, and your prospects, drafts and settings stay in place. Pro credits do not roll over; they reset at the start of each billing period. Signing up needs only a work email. Pro is self-serve with no contract, and a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A promotional banner on the site offers 10,000 credits to new signups with the code WELCOME10K.

The site also makes a point of honesty in its own marketing. Its About page says "If it is not shipped, it is not on the site" and "Every number we publish is traceable to something real." For a reader weighing sales-tool claims, that is a useful stated standard to hold the company to.

On compliance, the only claim is the Enterprise plan's SOC 2 line; the site gives no data location. For support, the pages offer demos and a general contact address rather than a published support channel or response time.

Who it suits

RegieGO is built first for one person filling their own pipeline. The Pro plan description says exactly that, and the Free plan's single-user limit points the same way. A founder doing founder-led sales, an SDR who wants the research done before the first dial, or an AE who prospects alongside closing deals will get the most from it. The voice learning and own-inbox sending suit someone who cares that cold email reads like it came from a person.

It also suits a seller whose outreach mixes channels. If your day already includes calls and LinkedIn messages as well as email, having all three ranked in one queue, with the dialer and local numbers included, saves switching between tools.

Teams can move to Enterprise for shared workspaces, shared agents and SOC 2, but that plan is quoted rather than listed.

It is not the right tool for a marketer sending newsletters or promotional campaigns to an opt-in list, and it does not replace a full CRM for a revenue team; the site positions its built-in CRM and HubSpot sync as a way to start and to stay in sync, not as forecasting or pipeline management. Buyers who prefer a fixed price per seat rather than a credit budget should also note that heavy research and dialing draw down credits, and Pro credits do not carry over.
