What QuickMail is

QuickMail is a cold outreach platform for email and LinkedIn. It automates multi-step campaigns from a team's own mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts, rotates sending across many accounts, watches deliverability, and gathers replies in one inbox. The homepage calls it a "Cold Outreach Solution For Email & LinkedIn," and the site says the company has been building it "since 2014." The pricing FAQ is clear about its role: "QuickMail is a platform for your outbound, sending cold emails at scale and handling replies. We don't provide cold email marketing or lead generation service."

It is aimed at two audiences, which have their own pages: growth teams and lead generation agencies. The FAQ is also direct about what kind of email it sends: "Yes, we are a cold outreach tool," built to contact companies that have not opted in, which is different from a newsletter platform. The customer quotes on the homepage come mostly from lead gen agency founders, including one who says the agency grew from about 100 clients to 220 in 12 months while using it.

How a campaign runs

The homepage describes three steps. Start on LinkedIn by connecting the extension "in under 30 seconds," setting up ideal customer profile filtering and auto-connects. Layer in email to contact a list, ask past clients for testimonials, run customer research or turn opt-in leads into demo calls. Then replies from email and LinkedIn "come back to a single inbox," while warm-up and inbox rotation run in the background. LinkedIn steps include connection messages, InMail and voice messages.

The company's pitch is consolidation: domain purchasing, mailbox setup, warm-up, deliverability and blacklist monitoring, sender rotation and LinkedIn steps are handled "from one place" instead of across several tools. Workflow integrations extend campaigns further: Aircall for call steps, Twilio for SMS to prospects, Slack for alerts, Hyperise for personalized images, and Calendly to stop follow-ups automatically once a meeting is booked.

Deliverability features

Deliverability gets the most space on the site. QuickMail says it "invented inbox rotation," and campaigns can use unlimited email senders and LinkedIn accounts, rotating between them so volume stays low per account. Smart Sender Groups add a safety net: "If the deliverability of an account declines, QuickMail automatically swaps it with a stronger sender." Deliverability AI "analyzes hundreds of data points daily to project and protect performance," removing poor senders and rotating in new ones.

Warm-up is free through a partner called MailFlow, which sends threaded conversations in the background to a premium network of users. QuickMail also monitors SPF and DKIM and runs "daily monitoring of 96 blacklists," with alerts when a domain is listed and again when it is cleared. For Gmail and Google Workspace, it sends through the Gmail API as a Google partner rather than Gmail's SMTP. Its "untraceable sends" are "optimized for plain text sending with randomized meta-data," so there is no common signature for filters to block. Reword with AI rewrites outgoing emails so each one is unique, and custom properties let users vary subject lines, intros, pitches and calls to action, including mentioning a lead's colleague.

QuickMail does not relay mail through its own servers. The FAQ says it "automates sending emails from the email account added as an inbox," so a Gmail inbox sends on Google IPs and an Outlook inbox on Microsoft servers.

Reporting and infrastructure

Advanced stats track results in real time, "compare performance week by week," and show how each A/B test and sequence step is doing; key graphs can be shared with clients in a click. QuickMail's deliverability-based stats trace every lead activity back to the day the email was sent and use smart tracking to avoid false opens and clicks. For new mailboxes, the growth teams page offers Google Workspace inboxes for $3/mo, configured with DKIM, DMARC, 2FA, email forwarding and custom tracking domains and delivered "in 3 hours or less."

Integrations

Beyond Gmail/GSuite and Outlook/Exchange, QuickMail connects to custom SMTP/IMAP, Amazon SES, PostMark, MailJet, MailGun and Zoho Email. Lists can be checked before sending with NeverBounce, BriteVerify, ZeroBounce, Dropcontact, Hunter or Bouncer. Prospects are imported from CSV or Google Drive. HubSpot and Pipedrive have native two-way sync, and Zapier, webhooks and an API cover everything else.

Plans and pricing

The pricing page lists three plans, all with unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, free warm-up with MailFlow and Zapier:

  • Starter, $49 /mo: 1 workspace, 1,000 uploaded contacts, 5,000 emails sent per month, expert support.
  • Growth, $99 /mo: 1 workspace, 25,000 uploaded contacts, 100,000 emails sent per month, API, priority expert support.
  • Agency, $299 /mo: 2 workspaces (+$49 per extra), 100,000 uploaded contacts, 500,000 emails sent per month, API, webhook, priority expert support.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Sign-up requires a card to deter spammers, but the FAQ says the trial ends without an automatic subscription. There is no contract; plans can be changed or canceled at any time, with prorating "to the second." QuickMail does not charge per seat, and an auditing log shows what team members are doing.

Education and support

QuickMail runs three courses: Cold Email 101, "a free, 8-days basics course" for people who have tried a few campaigns and are unsure they are doing it right; Modern Deliverability for Cold Email, for people "who want consistent 60%+ open rates"; and the advanced, multi-week Cold Email Outreach Mastery Class, which asks readers how their business would change "if you started landing calls with 21% of your dream customers." The courses page explains the motive: "QuickMail is built by people who do cold outreach regularly. We’re practitioners." A weekly Thursday newsletter comes with a swipe file of 98 call-to-action templates, and the site also offers a podcast, a book and a cold email guide. The footer links to a GDPR page.

Who it suits

QuickMail fits lead generation agencies and growth teams that send cold email and LinkedIn outreach from many accounts and want rotation, warm-up and blacklist monitoring handled for them. Unlimited users and senders on every plan keep costs predictable as a team grows, and the Agency plan adds workspaces and webhooks for client work. Solo senders can start on Starter, though its 5,000 monthly emails and 1,000 contacts will suit a small test rather than a large program.
