What PitchKraft is
PitchKraft is an AI email generator that writes a separate, individually researched email for every contact on a list and can send them in batches from its own interface. The FAQ describes it as "an AI-powered email generator designed to automate personalized email creation for B2B & B2C outreach," which "transforms contact data into individualized, ready-to-send messages." The homepage headline plays on the idea that its emails read as if a person wrote each one by hand. The company lists its location as 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, and runs support phone lines in London and New York.
PitchKraft is built for "sales professionals, marketers, founders, and operations teams managing outbound communication," from early-stage startups to large teams. Its main use is cold outreach, but the FAQ says it "includes a B2B email generator and also creates B2C, lifecycle, and support emails." It is not a list-management platform for newsletters; its value is in writing one-to-one copy at volume.
How it works
The homepage lays out the process in six steps. First, connect contacts by importing a spreadsheet, CSV or text file or syncing a CRM, which the site calls "a 5 minute job." Second, automatic research: PitchKraft gathers company insights and reasons why that company or person should buy. Third, AI-crafted copy: it "rewrites every word in every email, weaving in the research and applying the most relevant information from your company's knowledge base specific to each recipient." Fourth, export: emails can be downloaded in one click to send from a CRM or other email software. Fifth, send: emails go out individually or in "smart segmented batches, directly from PitchKraft." Sixth, measure: a built-in dashboard "shows who opened and who clicked on your emails and when."
Personalization draws on "contact-specific data such as job title, company activity, company information, history and preferences, location, and past behavior." The system is also trained on the customer's own knowledge base of case studies, services, products and team, so each email can highlight what matters most to that prospect. The company calls this moving past "Hi {FirstName}" emails, which it says "are dead."
The homepage frames the payoff in plain terms. Tailored subject lines and unique copy are meant to lift open and click-through rates, messages that resonate are meant to shorten sales cycles, and hand-crafted content is meant to reduce unsubscribes because recipients "keep, read, and act, rather than deleting." The company's pitch for the whole product is that it replaces "a team of researchers & content writers," and that "what took whole teams of researchers and writers now takes minutes." It also says no list is too big or small for the import step.
The knowledge base shows how the product is organized: Blueprints are email templates that adapt to each recipient, Contacts are imported and searchable, Campaigns connect blueprints to contacts, Kraft Emails are the generated messages that can be previewed and customized, and Mail covers mailbox setup, scheduled sends and engagement analytics.
LinkedIn extension
A free Chrome extension extends the tool into LinkedIn. It adds LinkedIn contacts to PitchKraft, finds valid email addresses, checks existing contacts for job or company changes, and saves "rich AI professional dossiers" covering experience, education, skills and LinkedIn activity. Using the same Blueprints, it writes personalized connection requests, follow-ups and InMails without leaving LinkedIn.
Deliverability approach
PitchKraft's argument is that personalization protects the sending domain. Its deliverability article warns that bulk templates are "one big pattern generator" and that "a series of small bad practices can damage your entire domain's reputation, meaning all emails from your company can start landing in junk folders." Because each email is different, the homepage says it avoids "spam filters heuristics." The article also stresses list hygiene ("Old data creates bounces"), steady sending behavior, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, and the site runs a resource library on each of those topics plus warm-up and engagement. These are guides for the sender to follow; the site does not describe built-in warm-up or mailbox rotation.
Plans and pricing
The pricing page shows four options, with a 20% discount for yearly billing:
- Basic, $0 per month: 1 template generation, import up to 2000 contacts, 100 hyper-personalized emails per month, 100 emails sending and analytics per month, 24/7/365 chat and email support.
- Standard, $99 per month or $949 per year: 10 templates, up to 10,000 contacts, 1000 hyper-personalized emails and 10,000 emails sending and analytics per month, 24/7/365 telephone, chat and email support. It is marked "Most popular."
- Premium, $199 per month or $1899 per year: 20 templates, up to 20,000 contacts, 2000 hyper-personalized emails and 20,000 emails sending and analytics per month, the same support.
- Pay-as-you-go, $0.10 per credit: no monthly commitment, credits never expire, the same features as Premium, and a minimum purchase of 100 credits ($10).
On Standard and Premium, extra hyper-personalized emails cost $0.10 each. The pricing page also states a "7-day money back guarantee on all plans," and the support page notes no credit card is needed to start.
Security, compliance and support
The homepage lists GDPR compliance among its benefits, saying content "meets global privacy standards." On data protection, the FAQ says PitchKraft "applies strict, globally compliant data protection standards to safeguard contact information" and that records stay "within a secure infrastructure governed by compliance protocols, ensuring 100% confidentiality." The pricing page adds "enterprise-grade security." These are the company's own statements, without named certifications.
Support is a selling point. Every page repeats that "24/7/365 help desk support comes as standard. We know…this is not normal!" Live chat and email are available on every plan, and paid plans add telephone support through the London and New York numbers. The homepage also promises friendly onboarding.
Who it suits
PitchKraft suits sales teams, founders and marketers who already know who they want to reach and whose bottleneck is writing relevant first emails at volume. The free Basic plan allows a real test of 100 emails a month, the credit option works for irregular campaigns, and the export option lets teams keep sending from their existing email tool or CRM. Teams that need a full sequencing engine with automatic follow-ups, warm-up and inbox rotation should check how PitchKraft's batch sending fits their workflow, since the site's focus is on writing the email rather than managing the whole sending operation.
