What Oppora is
Oppora is an AI outbound sales platform that finds B2B prospects, sends personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach, answers replies, and syncs interested leads to a CRM. The company describes it as "a complete outbound platform that helps you find the right leads, engage them effectively, and close more deals," and its homepage headline promises to "reach out to decision makers on autopilot." The pitch is aimed at solopreneurs and founders, and the use-case menu extends it to sales teams, B2B SaaS, revenue operations, small and medium businesses, agencies, marketing, growth, business development and enterprise. The homepage says Oppora is "trusted by 5,000+ customers."
The idea is that a user states what they sell and who they want to reach, and Oppora's AI agents do the rest: "find leads, send emails, reply from your inbox and sync meetings to your CRM automatically." The company calls this model VibeSales, in which the user sets the intent and the agents run the outbound process from finding companies to booking meetings. It is a cold outreach tool, not a newsletter platform for a subscribed audience.
The five-step workflow
The homepage splits the product into five stages. First, Company Finder searches a multisource database of "60M+ companies" with real-time search, 22 buying signals and a LinkedIn extension. Second, Lead Finder surfaces decision-makers from "1B+ Verified Leads," with emails, phone numbers, "50+ data points," automatic qualification of decision-makers and list building on autopilot. Third, the email campaign stage covers email plus LinkedIn outreach, messages that are "100% personalized at scale," 50 mailboxes, built-in warm-up and campaign analytics. Fourth, Reply Ora handles responses. Fifth, CRM sync pushes interested leads onward with automatic deal creation, contact deduplication, two-way sync and activity sync.
A separate section on verified data says users can "access 120M+ verified emails with waterfall sources or plug in your own data provider API," so a team with an existing data vendor can connect it. The product menu also lists an ICP builder, a contact hunter, company enrichment, email verification, lead scoring and a built-in sales CRM.
Writing and sending
Personalization is generated per line: "Every line is uniquely generated, no spintext, no copy fatigue, no spam patterns." The homepage shows a sample email that opens on a specific product launch at the recipient's company. A feature called Match Lead's Mail Provider sends Gmail-to-Gmail or Outlook-to-Outlook, which the company says helps opens and trust. LinkedIn invites and follow-ups can be added to any email sequence.
For deliverability, Oppora warms up inboxes and rotates "up to 50 mailboxes." One caveat is stated plainly on the homepage: "Email warmup is available for SMTP/infrastructure and Outlook inboxes only. Not available for Gmail API-connected accounts." Anyone planning to send through Gmail API connections should read that line closely. The platform also sends to verified emails only, which it says avoids bounces, spam traps and domain damage. Reporting tracks replies, deliverability and A/B test winners.
Replies, agents and workflows
Reply Ora is the reply agent. It answers "based on intent," sends from the user's own inbox, replies with calendar links, applies automatic status tags and collects everything in one Unibox. According to the homepage it "answers questions, sends attachments, qualifies interest, and drops your Calendly link," and it can run in draft mode or auto-send. A shared inbox shows all replies across mailboxes in one feed so a team can work them together. One customer quoted on the site says the agent sends product decks in the same thread and books meetings on its own.
Behind the workflow sit what the company calls 8 AI sales agents, including company finder, lead finder, contact finder, email finder, data enrichment, email verifier, lead scoring and email campaign agents, plus a built-in copilot called Ask Ora. A drag-and-drop workflow builder lets users chain these agents and run the flow on a trigger, such as every day at a set time; the site compares it to running "any n8n workflow." The company's point is that the agents "build your workflow once, & keep executing it forever" without a daily login. Another customer says the builder adds new prospects every day and sends campaigns with the same settings.
Integrations and API
For CRMs the homepage names HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, plus Oppora's own CRM, and says contacts, replies, deals, tasks and meetings sync automatically. Developers get a REST API and an MCP server that use "same key, both surfaces," with "51 tools, transparent per-call pricing." A sample request calls an email search endpoint and charges one credit. The site lists Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code as MCP clients, and n8n, Clay, Zapier and Make as automation tools over the REST API. A banner announces that Oppora's Claude MCP is live.
Pricing, trust and support
The homepage lists a free plan and a Pro plan at $34 per month, with sign-up requiring no credit card and cancellation at any time. It gives an average setup time of 5 minutes. A customer quote praises the credit model, saying unused credits are not lost each month and add-ons allow scaling without moving to a higher plan. Another customer describes a done-for-you service in which the Oppora team set up the whole campaign.
In its trust section the company says GDPR, CCPA and LOA standards are "built in from day one," data is "encrypted in transit and at rest," and customer data is "never sold" and "never used to train AI models." The footer links to a Trust Center, a GDPR page, a Google API disclosure and a status indicator reading "All systems operational." Support resources include documentation, an API reference, a help center, a FAQ, release notes and a Discord community, and the FAQ includes a question on onboarding help.
Who it suits
Oppora suits founders, small agencies and lean B2B sales teams that want one tool to find prospects, write to them, handle replies and book meetings, and would rather configure an automated workflow than run each step by hand. The free plan and the $34 Pro plan make it cheap to test. The API and MCP access will appeal to teams already building automations in Claude, n8n or Zapier. Teams sending mainly from Gmail API accounts should note the warm-up limitation, and buyers who want a full plan table should look at the pricing page, since the homepage names only the two entry tiers.
