Manyreach is a cold email platform that bills for the emails you send rather than for mailboxes, seats or contacts. Its tagline is "The Only Truly 'Unlimited' Cold Emailing Platform," and the homepage explains that it lets you "connect unlimited mailboxes to send cold emails to unlimited contacts & add unlimited team members under unlimited workspaces." Campaigns rotate across many sending mailboxes, replies land in an inbox sorted by AI, and a CRM built for outreach keeps each prospect's status beside the campaign that reached them. The site addresses agencies, sales teams, SaaS founders, freelancers and recruiters. The company story, signed by co-founder Luka, says the team ran a lead-generation business in 2019, needed to send around 25,000 emails a day across at least 500 sending accounts for one client, found per-sender pricing unaffordable, and built its own tool with sender rotation. That internal tool became Manyreach. The page adds that the company is bootstrapped, with "No venture money," and that "more than 1,000 teams run their outbound on Manyreach."

What a sender actually gets

Mailboxes and sending infrastructure. You connect as many sending mailboxes as you need, and the homepage says "Manyreach handles DNS configuration, warm-up, and sender rotation automatically." Manysenders is the add-on for buying mailboxes and domains: it sets up Google and Microsoft mailboxes, buys or connects domains, configures them, sets up a custom tracking domain, connects them to Manyreach and starts warm-up. The freelancer page says you can "Rotate across hundreds of senders per campaign, automatically." Private IPs give a sender dedicated sending addresses with blacklist monitoring and free swaps of blacklisted IPs; lower tiers send over a shared IP pool.

Deliverability stack. The Unibox page argues that "One feature won't keep you out of spam. A stack will," and lists the layers each campaign goes through. ManyWarm is adaptive warm-up that adjusts in real time, slowing when reputation drops and increasing when it is safe, while holding realistic conversations between mailboxes. Mailbox rotation spreads a campaign across mailboxes so none is overloaded. ISP matching sends from a mailbox on the same provider as the recipient, Gmail to Gmail and Outlook to Outlook. Spintax content variation rewrites each email so no two sends look identical, time-zone matching delivers at each prospect's local hours, and random delays vary the gap between sends. The homepage adds inbox placement and reputation tracking, continuous health monitoring and real-time drift alerts. Email validation checks addresses before a campaign to reduce bounces.

Campaigns. Every plan includes core campaign tools, A/B testing and email content rotation. Business and higher plans add conditional sequences, multi-sequence campaigns and advanced workflows. The company story also mentions "enrichment with AI personalization," and paid plans include data tokens for enrichment.

Unibox. Every reply from every mailbox and campaign lands in one inbox, tagged with the campaign that earned it. The AI assigns each reply a sentiment, writes a one-line reason and drops the lead into the right stage, from Interested all the way to Won, and out-of-office messages, bounces and auto-replies are filtered out. You reply from the inbox, leave internal notes or change a status by hand. Business adds reply templates, quicker reply detection, and the ability to receive and answer non-campaign emails from the Unibox.

CRM. The built-in CRM keeps contact profiles with an activity timeline, tags, custom fields, and fast search and filters. Each prospect carries its campaign, its opens, clicks and replies, whether each email was delivered, and a status such as Interested or Maybe Later. Warm prospects rise to the top.

Integrations and API. The CRM page lists Slack, Google Sheets, Salesforce, n8n, HubSpot, Make and Zapier, "20+ more," and the homepage shows Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Drive and Zoom. There is a full API, webhooks for every event and two-way sync, and MCP access ships out of the box, so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can read and write to Manyreach directly.

Agency tools. A white-label option puts "Your logo, your domain, your colors" on the platform with no "Powered by ManyReach" footers. Clientspaces give each client real-time access to its campaigns and reporting, and each client can have its own dedicated sending IPs so its reputation is never pooled with others.

Plans and prices

Prices are in USD, with sales tax or VAT added at checkout where applicable, and you can cancel any time from account settings. The homepage offers "Claim 250 Free Credits" with no credit card required.

  • Pay as you go: "100,000 credits for $199," with other packs from 250 credits to 1M credits. One credit equals one campaign email or 10 warm-up emails, and "Credits never expire." Core campaign and platform features are included, with no monthly commitment. The comparison table lists this tier "From $99."
  • Business, $79 a month: 150,000 sending credits, 15,000 data tokens and 1 private IP, plus blacklist monitoring, a higher API rate limit, unlimited data retention, conditional and multi-sequence campaigns, unlimited credit-free warm-up, the Unibox extras and advanced user roles. Extra IPs cost $29 a month.
  • Agency, $299 a month: 500,000 credits, 50,000 data tokens and 3 private IPs, plus priority support, a higher API rate limit and dedicated onboarding.
  • Scale, custom: custom credits and limits, private IP options, Manysenders support and dedicated success support.

Unlimited sending accounts, mailbox rotation and unlimited prospect uploads are included on every plan, and the company says no subscription tier charges per seat or per client. Add-ons: Manysenders mailboxes at $4 a month and domains at $15 a year, private IPs at $10 a month, and email validation from $24 a month.

Reputation and support

The site shows "Rated 4.7/5 by 1000+ teams," and the company story cites a 4.6 rating on Trustpilot. A customer quote from Larry Kim, co-founder of MobileMonkey, reads: "Now we send 25k emails a day with an excellent deliverability." Priority support starts on Agency, and Scale adds a dedicated success manager.

Who it suits

Manyreach suits agencies running outreach for many clients, since seats, workspaces and client spaces cost nothing extra and white-label and per-client IPs are available. It also fits high-volume sales teams rotating across dozens or hundreds of mailboxes, and founders or freelancers who want to test cold email on pay-as-you-go credits that never expire. It is a cold outreach tool built around sending reputation, not a newsletter or transactional email service.
