Magileads

Tap a star to rate

Magileads is a French B2B prospecting platform. It builds lists of verified prospects, then sends automated multichannel sequences to them: cold email first, alongside LinkedIn messages, SMS and calls. The site is written mainly in French, with translated articles in other languages, and its FAQ describes the product as "la plateforme de prospection automatisée la plus complète du marché" (the most complete automated prospecting platform on the market, in the company's own words). It is aimed at sales teams, founders doing their own prospecting and, through a white-label edition, at digital and marketing agencies that run prospecting for clients. The FAQ says the software is developed in France and hosted on servers in France provided by OVH. It is a cold outreach tool, not a newsletter platform: everything on the site revolves around finding prospects, contacting them and tracking them to conversion.

What a sender actually gets

Building the list. The homepage opens with the data side. You can import prospects in real time from LinkedIn or Google Maps, or search the company's own database "de milliers de contacts" (of thousands of contacts). The FAQ claims Magileads is "la seule plateforme à proposer une génération de prospects en temps réel, et non à partir d'une base statique" (the only platform offering real-time prospect generation rather than a static database), and says you set search criteria and generate "des milliers de contacts qualifiés en quelques minutes." Contacts can then be enriched with email addresses and mobile phone numbers, and enrichment volume is one of the things you pay for (see below). The homepage advertises 200 free prospects to start.

Sequences across channels. Campaigns are built as scenarios: you choose the channel and approach that suit each target, and the platform automates the email, LinkedIn message and SMS steps. The FAQ on marketing automation says the scenarios can cover email, LinkedIn and calls "tout en conservant une approche personnalisée et humaine" (while keeping a personal, human approach). A Swedish-language company article on email marketing sums up the same feature set: multichannel campaigns over email, SMS and LinkedIn from one platform, scheduled sends and contact updates, personalization of each message, and the option to test different sending scenarios and adjust from the results. Segmentation and message personalization are described as precise, "grâce à l'IA notamment" (thanks in part to AI). The pricing box lists unlimited warm-up for sending mailboxes. One customer review on the homepage mentions AI message writing, data enrichment, scraping from LinkedIn or Google Maps, and send-limit management that never burned the reviewer's LinkedIn account or email addresses.

Reporting and lead follow-up. Dashboards show campaign performance in real time, with open rates, clicks and replies, and let you compare campaigns against one another. The homepage names deliverability reports, campaign comparison and performance indices among the reporting views. A lead-tracking view organizes prospects by how they interacted with your campaigns, so you can act on the warm ones first.

Teamwork. The dashboards show every prospect interaction, whether on your campaigns or a colleague's. Managers can assign leads to individual salespeople and keep an overall view for operations.

Integrations and API. The FAQ says the platform connects to "CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, et bien d'autres" (and many others), and the homepage claims Magileads is compatible with every CRM on the market, importing into your own environment in a few clicks. There is an API, described as "une bibliothèque d'API" (an API library) for building Magileads functions into your own systems and automating prospecting workflows, with API documentation linked in the footer. API access is included in the subscription.

White label. For agencies, Magileads can be rebranded "à vos couleurs en 2 minutes chrono, sans compétences techniques" (in your colors in two minutes flat, with no technical skills). Agencies manage all clients from one administrator space, and the site says you can add as many users as you like without extra cost as the client base grows. The FAQ calls this white-label offer unique on the market. Several agency founders quoted on the homepage use it to run prospecting for their own clients under their own brand.

Plans, prices and policies

Magileads does not sell tiered plans. The pricing section says "Pas de plan A, B ou C chez nous. Toutes nos fonctionnalités sont incluses peu importe ce que vous payez !" (No plan A, B or C here. All features are included whatever you pay.) Instead you set four volumes: LinkedIn accounts, sending email accounts, enrichments and mobile phone lookups. The price shown starts at "25 € HT/mois" (25 euros a month excluding VAT), and annual payment carries a 20% discount. Every subscription includes unlimited emails sent, unlimited LinkedIn scraping, unlimited email imports, unlimited warm-up, unlimited multichannel campaigns, the tracking dashboards and API access.

The white-label edition is "accessible à tous et au même prix qu'un abonnement classique" (open to everyone at the same price as a standard subscription); you contact the team to set it up. An Expert offer adds a dedicated project manager who builds your campaigns from A to Z.

There is a 14-day free trial with no card required. The FAQ says the trial gives access to every feature, including 250 email and phone enrichments, one connected sending email account and one connected LinkedIn account. There is no commitment: "Vous pouvez vous désabonner à tout moment. Votre compte restera actif en mode Freemium" (you can cancel at any time, and your account stays active in Freemium mode, ready to reactivate).

On data, the FAQ answers both the hosting and the security question the same way: the product is developed in France, hosted on secure servers in France provided by OVH, and all Magileads and customer data is stored on servers in France. The footer links a data protection officer page and a DPA.

The homepage makes three performance claims: 95% of contacts verified, 97% deliverability and a 32% reply rate, alongside a count of 15,000 users. It also says a requested feature is added to the product in two weeks on average.

Support is a strong theme. You can be trained on the platform and then work on your own, or hand prospecting to a dedicated project manager. Personalized demos are offered before you subscribe, and the footer links a knowledge base, a contact form and a demo booking page. Several reviews single out the responsiveness of named support staff.

Who it suits

Magileads suits French-speaking B2B teams, and teams that want their data hosted in France, running outbound across email and LinkedIn with SMS and calls in the mix. The all-features pricing favors a small team that wants warm-up, enrichment and multichannel sequences without climbing a plan ladder. It is a natural fit for an agency with many prospecting clients, since the white-label edition costs the same as a standard subscription and adds users at no charge. A buyer who wants hands-off prospecting can pay for the Expert offer instead.

It is not a newsletter or transactional email tool, and the site is mostly in French, so an English-only team should book a demo first. Its tools are built around prospects, not around mailing an opted-in subscriber list.
