La Growth Machine, often shortened to LGM, is a multichannel outreach platform for B2B sales and growth teams. It sends cold email, but its sequences combine email with LinkedIn connection requests, messages and voice notes, and with Twitter, in a single flow. The homepage sums up its role as the outreach layer of a sales stack: "From the first touch to a qualified reply, La Growth Machine runs the sequences, manages the inbox, and tracks what's converting," while a team's other tools keep doing their own jobs. The site says it has been "Safely automating LinkedIn since 2017" and that 10,000+ GTM teams already run their outbound on it. It has pages for GTM engineers, sales ops teams and heads of sales, and the site is available in English, French, German and Spanish.
Building sequences
Sequences are built with native conditions, branches and A/B tests. The homepage gives a typical example: "If a lead accepts your LinkedIn request, send a message. If not, switch to email." A team builds that logic once, and A/B tests can cover anything from email subject lines to whether a LinkedIn connection request with or without a note gets more replies. Builders configure the sequences, conditions and limits, while reps handle replies and qualify leads in one click, which the site describes as "Advanced enough for you, simple enough for your reps."
Personalization goes beyond a first name. Custom attributes feed each message, Magic Messages produce AI-written copy, and AI Voice Messages let a user record their voice once, add AI-generated intros per lead, and send personalized LinkedIn voice messages at scale. A Real Chat Mode is meant to make conversations read like a real exchange.
On the email side, Inbox Rotation spreads sending across several email accounts to protect deliverability, and teams can configure email safety limits alongside the LinkedIn ones.
Finding leads
LGM also fills the top of the funnel. Waterfall Enrichment looks for verified contacts across several data providers, Lookalike Opportunities finds companies similar to a team's best clients, and Signals auto-imports leads that match the ideal customer profile. Leads can also come in from other tools through the integrations.
The shared inbox
Replies from LinkedIn and email land together in the Multichannel Inbox, filtered by identity, campaign or status. Team members respond from any connected identity without switching accounts or sharing passwords. Replies can be tagged as Interested, Call Booked, Negotiating, Not Interested and more, directly from the inbox, and those tags feed into Replied, Won and Lost outcomes that can sync to the CRM. With Slack connected, the team gets instant alerts when a lead responds or a manual step needs action, so, in the site's words, "Nothing waits until someone logs in." The company's blog adds that "Sales reps spend 60% less time switching between tools" with the unified inbox.
Reporting
Per-campaign stats show contacts reached, replies and outcomes (Won or Lost), plus channel-level performance across the team. Managers can drill down in the inbox and in workflows, or segment by identity in HubSpot using LGM events. Campaign and lead data can be exported at any time or pulled into dashboards through the API and Zapier; the homepage's line is "Your reporting stack stays yours."
LinkedIn safety
Account safety is central to the product, because a flagged LinkedIn account can stop a sales rep's outreach. The site says LGM is "built from the ground up to protect every identity on your team, with no extensions, and no shared IPs." It runs entirely in the cloud, with no browser extension for LinkedIn to detect. Every identity gets its own dedicated 5G mobile proxy near its real location, "Making it indistinguishable from a human browsing on their phone." Smart Safety Limits set action limits "built on 8 years of real usage data," and the company says it will "tell you exactly what's safe and back it up with the numbers."
Integrations and developer tools
Named integrations include HubSpot, Clay, Make, Slack and Zapier, with any other tool reachable via webhooks and the API. The site points to 20+ features in total and has API docs, a help center and an MCP server. It also runs a Skills Library of "Claude skills for outreach, campaigns, and replies," a Git GTM Skills page and an MCP tool kit, so AI-first teams can run LGM from their own agents.
Plans and pricing
The company's blog on sales engagement platforms lists LGM's own annual pricing per identity:
- Basic, €50 a month per identity: 250 leads a month, email and LinkedIn, 1 sending email, up to 3 identities and up to 3 running campaigns.
- Pro, €100 a month per identity: 400 leads a month, email, LinkedIn and calls, 5 sending emails, up to 6 active campaigns, the Multichannel Inbox and A/B testing.
- Ultimate, €150 a month per identity: 1000 leads a month, email, LinkedIn, X and calls, 10 sending emails, unlimited campaigns and CRM sync.
The same page says all plans include native LinkedIn automation without extensions, lead enrichment and dedicated support. The homepage offers a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required and the option to cancel at any time, plus demos and product tour webinars in English and French.
Customers and resources
The homepage features customer stories with results the customers report. Cello's founding GTM manager says about 30-35% of pipeline now comes from outbound, up from roughly 10% before. Mindflow credits intent-first outreach with €1.2M in pipeline, and Utila reports 2.5x faster outreach. Other quotes praise reliability and the shared inbox: one user says they have been "Using La Growth Machine for 2 years and it never failed." The resource section includes playbooks built on campaign data from 10k+ GTM teams, an outbound library of templates and videos, webinars with GTM experts, a blog, a partner program and an LGM Certified program. The legal section links to a DPA and GDPR page and a LinkedIn account safety page.
Who it suits
LGM suits B2B teams that prospect on LinkedIn and email together and want one sequence, one inbox and one report for both: SDR teams, founders, agencies and growth teams running outbound for several identities. Per-identity pricing makes the cost easy to predict as reps are added, and the safety features matter most to teams whose LinkedIn accounts are part of their pipeline. Teams that only send email campaigns to their own subscribers, such as newsletters or ecommerce promotions, will not use most of what it offers.
