BrandJet AI
Tap a star to rate
BrandJet AI is an outreach platform that puts cold email in the same sequence as LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram messages, and adds lead finding and brand monitoring on top. Its FAQ describes it as "Outreach + brand monitoring in one platform," and its home page promises to help teams "Find, Reach & Close Customers Across Every Channel." It is aimed at founders, GTM engineers and sales teams running outbound, and every reply from every channel lands in one inbox.
The founder's note on the home page explains the idea: he saw "founders and GTM teams drowning in tools," with one for email, one for LinkedIn, one for monitoring and one for analytics, none of them connected. BrandJet is his answer to that.
What a sender gets
Sequences across six channels. The sequence builder is the center of the product. The home page sums it up as "Six channels. One sequence," with a sample flow: "Email first. LinkedIn if they don't reply. Twitter DM as a backup. WhatsApp to close." The FAQ says users can "Build multi-step workflows that mix channels" in "a visual drag-and-drop builder." The examples on the page show conditions such as whether an email was replied to within a set number of days, waits between steps, connection requests, follow-up DMs and follow-up emails, so a sequence branches on what the prospect does.
Email specifically. The email channel covers "Sequences, warmup, auto follow-ups," with the goal to "Land in primary, not spam." Warmup is included without extra cost; the FAQ says "Unlimited. Included in every plan. Configurable ramp-up speed, daily limits, and warmup pool. Not an upsell." Paid plans include "Unlimited inboxes, unlimited campaigns, zero throttling," so a team can spread sending over as many mailboxes as it connects. Pre-built message templates for every channel can be reused across campaigns.
One inbox. Replies from all channels arrive in a single view. The home page puts it plainly: "Everything lands here, tag it, sort it, reply, move on." A pipeline view shows "where every lead is in your sequence. Who replied, who's stuck, who ghosted, who's ready to close."
Analytics. The analytics screen covers "Open rates, reply rates, which channel's pulling weight, which step's losing people," described as "Real-time analytics across every campaign." BrandJet also includes lightweight website analytics showing who visits a site, where they come from and what converts.
AI agents and Artemis. BrandJet's AI agents "reply and follow up on your behalf across every channel." The FAQ explains that the agents also reply to brand mentions on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn, based on conditions such as keywords, sentiment or follower count, with a configurable tone and personality, and that users can "Approve before posting or let them run fully automated." Artemis is a conversational assistant that "controls your entire platform through conversation," so a user can type requests like "Launch my LinkedIn campaign" or "Who replied today?"
Finding leads
BrandJet has its own lead data. The home page advertises "700M+ contacts" searchable "by title, company size, location, funding stage, tech stack," which can be exported straight into a campaign. An email finder turns a name and company, or a LinkedIn URL, into an email address, and can also find phone numbers. Lead collection pulls prospects "from LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator lists, or anyone who reacts to a post," and from Instagram. The FAQ says a CSV can be imported too, so teams with an existing list do not need the database.
Social listening is the other lead source. BrandJet watches public posts for buying intent, tags them, and lets a user start outreach in one click. Mentions are tracked across "Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and news sites," and BrandJet also tracks "what ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini say about your brand versus your competitors."
Integrations and tools
The home page names integrations with "Slack, HubSpot, Attio, Reddit, YouTube, and custom webhooks," plus webhooks and an API to "Stream data to your systems with custom workflows." The footer lists an MCP integration, a public roadmap and a help center. Team members can be invited "with role-based access control."
The site also publishes free tools, among them a cold email generator, an email deliverability checker, a spam word checker, SPF, DKIM and DMARC record generators, and an email subject line tester. The subject line tester scores a subject "out of 100" across seven areas: length, spam-risk wording, power words, personalization, emoji usage, readability and question format. BrandJet notes on that page that the score is a copy diagnostic "not a prediction of inbox placement or open rate."
Plans and pricing
BrandJet publishes two paid plans on its home page under the heading "Early Pricing."
- Starter, $79 a month billed monthly. It includes unlimited inboxes and campaigns, autopilot sequences on LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, 1,000 verified leads a month, the unified inbox with automations, the lead database with AI enrichment, 10,000 keyword signals tracked monthly, comparison against 3 competitors, and email support. Extra social accounts are $20 a month each.
- Pro, $200 a month billed monthly and marked "Popular," is the higher tier. It raises the verified leads to 10,000 a month and keyword signals to 50,000, adds bulk AI enrichment and unlimited competitor intel, and includes priority support by email and live chat. Extra social accounts cost $17 a month each.
Annual billing is offered with "2 months free annually." There is no free plan, but there is a trial: "7 days free. No credit card needed. No sales call required." The FAQ adds "No contracts. No cancellation fees," and says setup takes "5 minutes," with "No onboarding calls." A Slack community gives users direct contact with the team.
Who BrandJet suits
BrandJet suits founders and small sales teams who run outbound on several channels and want one tool for leads, sequences, replies and brand mentions. Teams that prospect on LinkedIn and WhatsApp as much as by email get the most from it, and those who sell into public conversations will value the social listening. The published prices and a 7-day trial make it easy to test before paying.
It is not a newsletter platform: there are no signup forms or subscriber campaigns on the pages. Teams that only send email and have no use for social channels or brand monitoring would be paying for parts they do not need.
