Amplemarket is a B2B sales platform for outbound prospecting, with cold email at the center of a wider mix of phone and social outreach. Its site calls it an "all-in-one AI platform" and sells it to sellers, sales leaders, founders, RevOps teams and marketers who want to find leads, write to them and follow up without stitching several tools together. The AI layer is called Duo, which the company describes as "the first AI sales agent that helps sales teams find and connect with their next customers."
For a reader choosing an email tool, the important point is what Amplemarket sends: one-to-one outreach sequences from a sales team's own mailboxes to prospects the team has picked, with automated follow-ups and reply handling. It is not a newsletter or broadcast platform.
What a sender gets
The product menu splits the platform into four areas, each with named features.
Intelligence (Duo). Duo Copilot watches for signals in the accounts a team cares about. The site's product video lists examples: a closed-lost opportunity that asked to be contacted later, a decision maker visiting your website, someone evaluating a competing product or asking for recommendations in a Slack group, a person complaining about a competitor in a review, or someone following or commenting on your company's posts. According to the site, "Duo collects all these signals and builds a model of your potential customers based on external information and also CRM data to create highly personalized one to one outreach sequences." When a user signs up, the video says Duo reads the company's website, the web and the CRM to build a shared library of competitors, target personas, case studies, value propositions and objection handling, and it learns from feedback "like a coworker." Duo Copywriter writes first-touch emails, Duo Inbox drafts replies, and Duo Voice produces personalized voice notes. The home page claims teams "Save more than 10 hours per week with Duo's daily signals, in-depth research, and multichannel outreach."
Lead Generation and Signals. Searcher is the prospect database, described as "AI that finds leads, backed by quality data." Around it sit Intent Signals, Job Change Alerts, Competitive Intelligence, Social Prospecting, Data Enrichment and Email Validation. The site says its data is "trusted by industry leaders to reduce bounce rates by 50%."
Multichannel Engagement. This is the sending side. Multichannel Sequences combine email with calls and social steps. The site's own description: "Duo creates multichannel sequences that can include email, call, and even social steps like connecting with someone or even dropping a personalized voice note," recorded in the rep's own voice with AI. Before a message goes out, the video notes, "You just have to approve it." The same area includes a Parallel Dialer for calling several prospects at once, Social Automation for click-heavy tasks, Unibox to "Manage all sales conversations in one place," Analytics, and Workflows with ready-made Workflow Recipes for follow-up automation. The home page claims tailored sequences get "up to 100% more replies." Customer reviews on the page mention "conditional and A/B messaging in sequences" and "useful analytics and A/B testing features."
Deliverability Optimization. Four tools look after the mailboxes that send the email. Domain Health Center keeps "tabs on all your mailboxes & domains," Deliverability Booster warms mailboxes "to avoid spam," Mailbox Recommendation picks the right sending mailbox, and an Email Spam Checker flags delivery issues "before they escalate." The site says a team can "Boost your open rates by up to 50% with AI scheduling, deliverability testing, and smart warmup."
How a campaign runs
The product video walks through a real example. Duo spots that a prospect named Mike posted that he will attend the same event as the sales team. The rep builds a sequence with an email, then a social connection, then a call step added by asking Duo. When another prospect replies asking for a one-pager, "Duo has already created a draft response with a link to our one pager and also including a link to my calendar. And it's also going to follow-up in case Jim doesn't book a meeting." The rep approves and the sequence continues.
That approval step matters. Amplemarket automates research, drafting and follow-up, but the pages show a rep in the loop before messages go out rather than a fully unattended sender.
Integrations, trust pages and support
The site has an Integrations section under the tagline "Bring your GTM tools together." Duo draws on CRM data, and one customer review on the home page says the "integration with Hubspot has been great." Another singles out the workflow integrations and real-time email validation. A recent blog post announces "Amplemarket in Grok," and a reviewer adds that "MCP is sick, and the Skills put it over the top," pointing to a GTM Skills Library the site lists under resources.
The footer links to GDPR, CCPA and Trust and Security pages, so the company publishes its privacy and security material in dedicated places. Support comes up in several reviews: one reviewer writes "Customer support is amazing as well!" and another that "the customer support is always available to help." The resources menu adds a Help Center, an Amplemarket University with "Tips & tours to get the most out of AM," a blog and a content hub.
Plans and trial
The site offers a free trial ("Get free trial" sits next to "Open app" in the header), and one reviewer from Tidio writes that "During the free trial alone, we generated 5-6 meetings." The home page links to a pricing page but shows no plan names or prices itself.
What customers report
The Wall of Love section is long and specific. A revenue operations lead whose team relies on cold calling says "Amplemarket provides us around 60% of phone/mobile phones of the leads that we want to target." A sales account manager says he "went from a 5% open rate to an average of nearly 45% with Amplemarket." A global SDR manager says her team had been using 7 different tools for the top of the funnel and now uses Amplemarket alone. Another rep writes that it took "about ~1 week of daily use to get proficient." These are individual customer reports, not guarantees, but they show where users see the value: data coverage, fewer tools and faster sequence building.
Who Amplemarket suits
Amplemarket fits B2B sales teams that prospect outbound across email, phone and social and want the lead data, the sequences and the mailbox health tools in one product. Small teams get the most out of Duo's research: a demand generation manager writes that Amplemarket lets them "operate as though we have a massive sales team, even if it's just a couple AEs and no SDRs." Teams that call heavily get the Parallel Dialer and phone data alongside email.
It is not built for sending newsletters, promotions or automated lifecycle email to an opted-in list, and it has no signup forms or subscriber management on its pages. Buyers who want a published price before a conversation will need to start with the free trial or contact the company.
