Elastic Email

Elastic Email offers the same basic mechanics as most transactional providers, an API and SMTP endpoint for triggered sends, a contact and campaign tool for bulk mail, plus templates and list management, but at a noticeably lower price than the bigger-name competitors in this list. The API supports webhooks for delivery and bounce events and includes email validation as an add-on rather than a built-in.
Billing scales with email volume. A free tier caps out at 100 emails a day, and the Starter plan runs from roughly $19 a month for 50,000 emails, with a Pro tier around $49 a month adding dedicated IPs and priority support at the same volume. Add-ons like list verification, extended log retention, and private IPs cost extra on top of the base plan. It's a reasonable pick for an agency or small business sending a moderate, steady volume that doesn't want to pay big-vendor prices for features it won't use.
