MailPoet

MailPoet installs as a WordPress plugin and builds its email lists directly from your site's comments, WooCommerce customers, and subscriber forms, with a drag-and-drop editor that pulls in your site's fonts and colors automatically. WooCommerce stores get abandoned cart emails, order confirmations, and product recommendation blocks built in, since Automattic (WooCommerce's parent company) has owned MailPoet since 2022.
The free Starter plan covers up to 1,000 subscribers and 5,000 emails a month when sent through MailPoet's own sending service, or unlimited volume if you connect your own SMTP provider instead. Paid plans start at $10 a month and raise the subscriber ceiling while removing MailPoet's sending limits. It's the right choice for a WordPress or WooCommerce site that wants newsletters and order emails running from the same dashboard as the rest of the site, and a poor fit for anyone not already on WordPress.
